I just opened my first business in March and this store has been my go to for everything from wrapping my vehicle to business cards and flyers. Their graphic designer Jay is always on top of everything with fast turn overs and very helpful and witty! Feels tightly ran however friendly at the same time. Things are scary for a first time business owner and I appreciated the staff’s patience and help! 11/10 Highly recommend

First time using the store. I dropped of a package for Amazon return. Anna waited on me. I asked her twice if I needed to enclose the return barcode receipt in the box as instructed. Twice adamantly she said "No, I've been doing this a long time". I figured she knew what she was talking about. All other UPS stores scan the item in while I am present. I knew I should have gotten a receipt. After tracking the package for a week, there is no information anywhere on the UPS site. I even went into the store today (Anna was not there), and still no idea where the package went. Moral of the story always see UPS scan the item and give a receipt. If there was a problem with the package, my return address was on it. I hope employees do not help themselves to customer packages. It was a Christmas tree.Unbelievable response from UPS! I have returned several things to Amazon, all trackable, even with UPS. My fault for not having it scanned in front of me. This was a large unopened box, not for consolidation with other boxes. It had it's own shipping label!

Stay away. Rude staff, loses packages and high turnover of staff. Makes it hard to run a business when they can't get packages right!Cheaper prices elsewhere.Go elsewhere at all costs!

Had a very 2 very bad experiences here. Friday i dropped off 2 packages to return to HSN, i gave them the return labels, i wasn't given a tracking label the woman who helped me seemed confused. Saturday the packge was delivered to my home! So instead of mailing the package to california they shipped it back to me! So Monday Morning i go back tell them what happened i said I have the return label in my email are you going to charge me to print it after it was your error? She said she would ask the manager she came back and siad NO its $3 !! I said for one sheet of paper!I ridiculous!!! Ive spent quite a bit of money here Ive been here multiple times. Horrible customer service! This is a franchise!Very chaotic store.

I am amazed at the people that don't understand the Amazon or any other stores return process. READ THE DIRECTIONS THEY SEND YOU BEFORE GOING TO THE UPS STORE. 95% of Amazon returns are free but, some will require you to box the item or print a label. If you don't have the capability then the UPS STORE will help you out. But, common sense should tell you there will be a minimum cost to complete YOUR transaction. Paper, ink and boxes are not free and they are not reimbursed by Amazon for these items. It was your responsibility. Great store and I have been impressed with all of their staff and services.

This store owner comes up with excuses that violate several laws. As well as UPS corporate policies. This store practices surcharging and price hiking. Price hiking is illegal. And according to UPS if a return is paid for by the vendor and the print out says paid by vendor on it, which I had the other day, I'm not to be charged. Instead I was charged for a label already paid for. I called UPS corporate and they instantly refunded me the charge the store charges me.

Absolutely ridiculous.. owner and manager have attitudes amd can't be spoken too. These people can not be spoken to by some one who is curt and assertive and then proceed to have an attitude then refuse to do their duty as ups representatives

The UPS store in the Seabreeze plaza was outstanding. The customer service was excellent and Jay made my sign perfectly and had it ready ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this location for yard signs.

If I could give this store a negative rating I would - I dropped of a Laptop to send to Asurion and they sent my laptop to Amazon. They sent a plaid shirt to Asurion - after the store owner Elizabeth Davis admitted to me they made the mistake, I was told we'll give you a $100 as that all it was insured for by Asurion. I am at a loss...

Whoever edits hours for this store is very slow.... and doesn't know what time they close... or the people are so lazy that they close earlier than what Google hours say for their store... either way it should be fixed...it is wrong

I hit the printing jackpot when I found this store! Jay is amazing! The service is just top notch, and extremely accommodating. The printing is excellent! If you have printing needs make this UPS store your go to place!

I have always had a great experience here! The staff is is polite and helpful. Last time I was helped by the assistant manager who was is just an amazing person. Never once have I had a bad experience or felt talked down to or ignored here. That’s hard to find these days. Thanks again for being so great!
