Tim and his team were the best I’ve ever had. My concern has always been the same when choosing a Realtor team - communication and attention to my needs. Tim was more responsive and attentive than I had expected, and much more than anyone else I’ve ever worked with. Tim is a true professional. No drama, cares about his clients, is very experienced, always represents his client and their interest (not his own!), honest, easy to work with, authentic, and had a great reputation in the local community. We had a very long and difficult buying process due to the sellers and the listing agent and Tim Kizer was the consummate partner to help us navigate the situation, mitigate our risk, and eventually still get the home we wanted despite so many hurdles.

As a first time Homebuyer, Tim knew exactly what I needed and was so full of knowledge when we first spoke. He paired me with Diana Glinski, who was wonderful to work with and learn from. Between the two of them, it made the prospects of purchasing my first home less intimidating. My experience with The Kizer Group far exceeded any expectations that I had. Tim made this experience for my fiancé and I enjoyable, educational, and overall very pleasant. We dragged Tim around everywhere and he was always ready for our next move, he never made us feel like we were a burden running around. Tim fielded our questions with honesty and professionalism as we were first time home buyers trying to do it the right way and not rush into anything we weren't satisfied with.
