The absolute WORST bank to bank with! I do not recommend this branch or any of the Truist branches. They have been nothing but a complete nightmare to bank with. Unfortunately I have had a business account here for the past few years and the situations keep getting worse. Save yourself the headache and bank elsewhere! Bank of OZK is amazing!

Completely INCOMPETENT all of the tellers. I sat there for 15 minutes and watched them handle customers horribly, they have a send out teller who delivers the bad news of their incompetence to you in the lobby although they also have no inside voices bc you can hear them discuss customers affairs aloud. It was embarrassing to see them as “bankers”

The ATM at this location just took $1050 of our cash deposit and said unable to process the transaction. No receipt was given and no trace of the money hit our account. I am beyond upset.

I have been a Suntrust customer long before it was even Suntrust. (It has been bought out multiple times). But after it became Suntrust I had a few things I needed advice on so when I went in and dealt with a wonderful man names John Carr. He not only answered my questions, but advised me of other offers the bank had if I was interested. He did not pressure me, explained everything to my satisfaction and helped me without making me feel like a bother for taking up so much of his time. As some time passed he was transferred to another branch and I was so grateful for his assistance over the years I followed him. Upon meeting him the first time I did not know he was the branch Manager). Later he was transferred to Eastlake Woodland branch and again I followed him which was a great distance for me to travel. I also worked with many other associates who worked with me and also gave me the same personalized care and service. I could not be happier to be a Suntrust customer.

I have learned to really hate this Suntrust! I have a personal & business account through them, even though I have over more then enough in my business account, they won't cash my personal check with my business account on back, what's the difference!?!? The money is there. Of course they will charge me $36 fee for a bounced payment on the same day!
