MULTIPLE extremely disappointing and unprofessional experiences with Truist Bank.I recently had a frustrating experience with Truist Bank Palm Harbor, Florida location, that compelled me to share my feedback and caution others considering their services. I have two new business accounts with Truist Bank. One of my business accounts encountered recurring debit card errors at their ATMs, resulting in an inability to withdraw funds when needed most. I was simply not able to withdraw funds from one business account to replenish funds in another business account.Despite attempts to resolve the issue, the process was far from smooth, and customer support left much to be desired. The lack of accessibility to my own funds became a significant concern, affecting daily operations and causing unnecessary stress.I expect to be able to withdraw funds from a banks ATM at any give time needed, especially when in dire needs.I strongly advise potential customers, especially business account holders, to exercise caution when considering Truist Bank. The reliability of essential banking services is paramount, and my experience has left me questioning the bank's commitment to meeting these fundamental expectations.Banker Lisa Johnson was downright rude and dismissive of me when I made an appointment to visit the branch, and quickly pushed me out of her office stating there were other people waiting. Lisa showed little intelligence when it came to my business account, which really surprised and raised a red flag, as a banker who has her own office at the branch, she knew no more than a teller, and that was exhibited as she called the banking specialist to help with an unfamiliar term she said she had never heard of l, an "elite limit being exceeded".After Lisa spoke with the banking specialist about my account, the banking specialist informed her it was a bank card error and Lisa would need to fill out a Bank Error Form to have the overdraft fees that incurred on my card returned.Today (December 11, 2023), I spoke with Bank Manager Sandra "Sandy" Wassen, who took the route of blaming me, the customer, for not having funds in my account (when the issue was my second business account could not be accessed on multiple attempts/days to remove funds). She beat around the bush before telling me they never sent the Bank Error Form, as directed by the bank specialist during Lisa's phone call. However, I made sure to ask Lisa to fill the form out before I left her office but as I stated, she was eager to get me out of her office and stated she would submit the form today (which was Friday Dec 8, 2023).Based on my personal encounter, I rate Truist Bank poorly from their banking ATMs, to their customer service, to their branch workers, managers, and tellers. (Visit the bank location in Palm Harbor to get an idea for yourself before deciding to do business with this bank). I recommend exploring alternative banking options with a more consistent track record in customer service and operational reliability. Please read other reviews below as I see they mention similar about this poorly ran branch.

This branch is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. No return calls or emails and they just don't care. Time to find another bank. Don't bother to even start with these people.

Going into the actual bank is fine and easy but their website really needs some work

DO NOT BANK HERE. THEY ARE SLOW AND SO RUDE. The teller Donna is condescending. Not only to us but to the nice teller she is supervising. They charge $8 to cash one of their own checks. Saying it's their policy if you don't open an account here. This does not make sense when the check was written by one of their customers. Avoid. Should be able to give - stars

I’ve a Suntrust/Truist customer for five years.I’ve never had any issues until within the last six months since Truist fully applied itself within this branch. Now one of any such financial institutions major features has been allowed to fall into constant disrepair; the ATM machine. My luck it’s by far my closest access point to utilize its services conveniently.I keep a high balance and mostly use it for off hr. deposits. I’ve had it fail to return outgoing cash $ and not display it in my transaction. I was credited only after filling a formal complaint. This branches machine also can’t seem to recognize my card/s after insertion either.Upon reporting my issues I’m told that repairs are imminent but nothing ever happens.

Excellent service received today by the staff at Truist Bank in Palm Harbor. I am not a customer, but needed assistance with negotiating a check from a customer of their bank. They were very helpful and immediately addressed my needs. Job well done. Thank you!

Been sitting here for almost 20 minutes and not one staff member greeted us or even acknowledged us. Someone else showed up after us and just walked in the banker’s office, even though we’ve been waiting here first. Maybe they were waiting for this person, but you’d think they at least acknowledge us by saying by “we’ll be right with you.” Just rude. The banker who helped us at least, Irene, was very nice.

Calling in is a disaster. Go thru their voice mail to then be dropped by the customer service rep who struggles with English and sent back to wait 20 minutes in the queue.I cant stay with this bank

Really rude at this location. I have thousands in this bank and don’t like to be treated badly. I usually go to the Tarpon Springs location. For sure won’t go back to this one. The dark haired guy as you walk into the right is miserable looking. Ladies at counter also rude. I never make negative reviews but I seriously had to write this.

ATM broken outside. Only 1 person behind teller inside and not very welcoming or fast. When trying to request a withdrawal, she was very short and dismissive with me. Not my normal branch I go to, will likely not return to this one again.

I have been going to this Suntrust for over 10 years, people are nice & I never have any issues. One thing I don't like about Suntrust are the fees, If I did not have a business account through them then I would probably not bank here anymore.
