Tracy is awesome. All the crew are knowledgeable and helpful. Love this location. I have been using this store for last six years. Glad to know we get the same great service and help after a company switchover.

I've been here before and the place is nice, but it's been closed for renovation. When I saw the hours of operation updated a week ago by the owner to be open, I went today for help. It is still not open. Why post hours of operation when you're not open?

Other than a long wait time at the store with an appointment, the Technician at the store that helped me, listened to the issue and was able to satisfactorily conclude the contract & lease issue and was able to put me in a better priced plan saving me about $15.00 a month...However the 2 previous technicians I spoke to on the phone were useless.The whole thing took 3 hours on the phone and in store to get my contract & lease issue satisfactorily concluded.I was not completely happy with the time it took and the poor customer service with the two technicians on the phone prior to my in store visit.Suggest T-Mobile review customer service routines for improvement as this 20+ year customer was on the verge of changing cell service carriers as a result. The Store Technician saved a loss of this customer.

This location is phenomenal. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly but I'd like to give a special shout out to Jimmy. He is one of a kind. He was personable, helpful and patient. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

Christian Ponce was excellent! I went in my tech challenged older parents to upgrade their outdated, soon to be unusable phone, and he was patient, pleasant, and professional. My unwilling parents left with smiles on their faces! Highly recommend you see Christian at T Mobile!

Best service every have had. Tracy went above and beyond. Had a few phone probably she helped me out. Few days later I went back she jumped right in to help me. She was amazing. If you go there ask for her she's the best.

One of the best stores in the area, and one of the only corporate service and repair stores from Tampa over to St. Pete. The staff is super knowledgeable and patient. 10/10 recommend this store to anybody within the area. It is a busy store so wait times can be high, it helps to make an appointment in advance ?

Don't even waste your time...You see how many other 1 star reviews they have...Chances that you see many other companies with this many 1star reviews isn't likely..This location has Tracy who is super rude and they are OK with it...I bought it to Ricardo's attention who is the "Manager" and he was rude and felt it was better to refuse service to me...I've been with T-Mobile for 20years, this isn't what has kept me with them that long...they have better people and locations than this..They don't care about customer service here and it is fueled by poor management...This is being taken all the way up the corporate ladder but it is said because even if they are fired, they clearly could care less.

The Palm Harbor Tmobile store is great. Outstanding customer service. My experience with Rachel was awesome the time she took to set up my phone and make sure that everything was working properly she went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Ty for all you did

Do not bother trying to call this store!!!(They won’t pick up)I was with Sprint for about eight years and was very dismayed to see that they were bought out by T-Mobile.However I was willing to give them the benefit of the if their customer service remained as high as it was with Sprint-the answer is no. It’s worse.I tried returning a call to my local store to come pick up a phone we had replaced and it was only after 45 minutes of continuously calling that someone finally picked up. (Did I mention that in the voice mail from Robert that he left the wrong number to call?)I still gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were just short staffed that day. Fast forward a week and again, I dropped off my wife’s new iPhone 12 to get data transferred from her old Xr. I received a missed call on my phone from sprint-I assumed they were calling to tell me her phone was ready, I assumed because they never left a message. Again I tried to call 8 separate times and again, nobody picked up. I went to the store only to find out it would be another 3 hours.Just to be sure I called three other Sprint locations, they all answered on the first couple rings.Complaint registered with corporate office.Thankfully we’ll be finding another location.

Best phone store I've ever been to. Went in to get my phone fixed and was greated in seconds by the manager Caitlin. Phone was fixed within an hour while I shopped at the stores near by and then Victor helped me when I came back and went above and beyond. I ended up leaving with a free galaxy watch. These guys deserve raises!
