I live near by and sometimes drop by for gas or a convenience item. I've seen better locations, but this one isn't bad. The staff also lets you know if they can save you money on items by buying two or what is on special which shows they care about the customer. It's also a safe location in a great area.

William is an extremely antisocial employee. Borderline offensive. I come to this gas station frequently and this was the first time I’ve met him. He had zero customer service expertise. I love you guys but he has to go!

Always get my gas here. Usually cheaper than other Shells in the area. Easy to get in from northbound 19 just past the light. If heading eastbound on Curlew you'll have to make a u-turn.

Small, small inside with out much parking close to store. Inside is kind of the same as any other.

Older guy that works there during 530am shift always seems to have an attitude and told me I needed to tell him if I have rewards before him ringing me up rather than asking ME because I’ve had to tell him more than once when I’ve gone in there that I have rewards after he charges me and gets annoyed if he has to void the transaction. everywhere else I go especially 7-11 they ask before ringing me up because it’s customer service. And me working in the customer service industry my whole life, I can see he’s def not cut out for it. His demeanor is always lousy. I’ll stick with 7-11 as they’re more polite

Great customer service.I made a pre-payment inside with the cashier. But when I got to the pump there was no credit showing. I went back in and the cashier said he accidentally cancelled my pre-payment. I swiped my gift card again, but it now showed a zero balance. It was suggested that I call Circle-K customer service, which I did.The market manager was very gracious and helpful, and I was told I could return to the station and receive gas at the same value as I lost with my gift card. So, I am grateful this problem was settled to my satisfaction. I will continue to shop this station knowing that the managers there care about their customers. Well done.

Avoid this gas station at all costs. The last two times I've been there, I was accosted by multiple people try to sell me window glass. They came up and started touching my car telling me I have a crack and they wanted to replace it. I went there to buy fuel. I don't go there to get harassed by salesmen trying to sell me stuff.

We come here very often and 98% of the time we are highly satisfied with how it turns out. They have a great selection and friendly employees. I gave it 4 stars however because there is a lot of pot-holes by the fuel pumps and is near impossible to get into or out of it being on 2 very busy roads.

Good prices on gas...great Circle K convenience store! The store is well stocked in food options for the road. More importantly, the prices float fairly as opposed to others who have had 10 cent price swings in 24 hours. It's something to watch where you get gas.

When in the area, I would visit this location roughly once a month, but no more. Sure, it's usually clean. It is almost always busy. The layout - inside & out - could have been more organized. But it deal-able. So, why the one star? Well, it's the service. One gentleman in particular. He is often there. And he's usually very abrupt. No greeting. No thank you. On this last visit, this gentleman was downright rude. I'm a pretty pleasant guy - saying hi's and thank you's. I really don't expect much. Especially at a gas station / convenience mart. Just common courtesy. Everyone has bad days - I totally get that. In the end, customer service plays a huge role and I'm a paying customer. When treated poorly, I'll take my business elsewhere. It's also a reflection of the company as a whole. Oh, and the name of this individual appeared on the receipt as "Katie".

Check for tape & lock on pump to protect consumer from credit card skimmers. Excellent safeguards!
