Dress came in quickly. 1st seamstress messed it up severely. Manager convinced me to come back and they had another seamstress that would fix it. I was very hesitant, but did as they assured me they would make it right or would give me a refund. I didn't have a choice as it was for my son's wedding and it was about 2 weeks away. Dress turned out great. Every one was super nice and helpful!!

I found my perfect dress at Nikkis. I went in December just to start getting an idea of what I liked when they had a sale and ended up getting my dress that day. The employee (Cheryl I think) was the one who took it off the mannequin for me to try. When I went back to pick it up, the new employee helping me seemed more interested in pushing my mom buy a gown than helping me with my own (which we did not come in for or ask for). Because of that I ended up taking my gown elsewhere for alterations, but my initial visit was pleasant.

What a place! Not stuffy or too boojie.. it’s just right! Was helped by Cam & Cheyanne & Lisa & Toni… felt like that scene in Pretty Woman where she’s in the fitting room and everyone is helping her try on stuff!! Was great! Said YES to the dress @ Nikki’s

I just had the best experience I have ever had at a dress boutique!!!
From the moment I entered the cozy shop in Palm Harbor, FL, Grace had my best interest in mind when pulling the right dresses for me to try on. She took plenty of time and I never felt rushed. They had so many options of the latest styles and colors and we narrowed them quickly down to the top two. Honestly it was a hard decision. They allowed me to put a deposit and come back with my husband to help me make the final decision.
Thank you so much Nikki’s Glitz and Glam Boutique and Grace for helping me find a stunning gown for our upcoming formal black tie event that I feel amazing in!
