Spent 20 minutes riding my motorcycle threw traffic each way and waited at the store for over 20 minutes while the young Latin male employee that was waiting on one customer who was in their 80's from another country and had no concept of technology or English . The employee helping her was not good at explaining things to her , and she didn't understand what he was telling her . After about 5 minutes , I watched the other employee come back from lunch and hide in the back . After about 15 more minutes , only coming out when the husband of the elderly couple ahead of me opened the door to the back room , trying to find a bathroom. That's when the other employee came out from the back and asked the old man what he wanted.( I can only guess what he was doing in the back , but he ran out fast as a rabbit when the old man opened the door) .Then this other employee asked me if he could help me . When I told him that I wanted to change my account , he told me to go home and call 611 . That's just great . I went to this store more than a year ago for the same thing . Walked out of there , then having bought an extra phone and 2 Samsung tablets besides changing to a 4 line account.I left there that time feelings good about everything and having spent several hundred dollars. I , that time , left a 5 star review. That kid was a decent salesman. These kids cost me time and money and left me feeling disrespected.It may just be the new mentality of this new generation (I see it all over) . But that's my 2 cents. I won't be going back there again , nor would I recommend this store to anyone. The only good advice those limp noodles gave me was to call 611 . Going to the store was worse than worthless , and if the salesperson isn't trying to sell you something , then why are they there ?

Huge waste of time, only accommodating to new customers. Existing customers even when eligible for an upgrade are provided no discount on any phone and they make zero effort to try to keep business when you tell them clearly that are losing a customer walking out the door. Got a free phone IPhone with better monthly cost from Mint Mobile same day.

Damonte was the bomb dot com! I was having a meltdown due to technical difficulties with my phone. He remained professional while I proceeded to whine. He walked me through troubleshooting the problem and I hung up the phone with a smile.

I came to the store bc lost my phone and needed to have another phone activated and Damonte was quite helpful and patient in helping me get one of my old phones activated until I either find my phone or buy another one,. Thank you Damonte!

Very happy with sales person very helpful,professional, I've been to alot of Metro stores &I would say it's one of there better stores.I would highly recommend if metro is not your provider I would look into Great deals

I just recently upgraded to a pretty dope new phone with the help of the manager Salinas. She made my experience absolutely quick and efficient. She knew what she was talking about and got me in and out. She even gave me a free second number for life.

SELINA A+±++± this review is long overdue. I would rather go to the dentist then switch phones!!!!:Historically, it's been nothing short of a nitemare. I walked in and told SELINA this and she took the time to explain my options and offer her advice based on her experience (which was quite extensive). I was treated with the utmost respect with patience, diligence and care. I walked away with a new phone, all my data and pics transferred in @30 min.. SELINA is an asset to this company and could go on to train others in any CSR/Sales capacity.. thank you SELINA. you made a uncomfortable situation a pleasurable one... AAAAAAA+++++++
