First, let me say for the negative review people who have posted about being at LabCorp and the lab not being open; you were at the CLOSED Village Medical. They are NOT LabCorp. LabCorp is inside the Walgreens at the back near the pharmacy. My experience at LabCorp was today with Alexis the phlebotomist, and she was wonderful. She gave me the supplies I needed for the test I will have, explained test instructions in detail and informed me of the Specimen return actions. My wait time was minimal, although as a walk-in if the time- whether it's 30 minutes or 3 hours-and we don't set an appointment what else would a person expect. Walk in means you're going to wait. Thank you LabCorp.

I was a walk-in. I was taken immediately with courtesy and concern since I hadn't had anything for over 12 hours for the bloodwork. The phlebotomist was efficient.

First time I went here was last week. They only ran the lab work for 2 or the 6 tests listed on the script.I came back today to get new blood work. Signed in, no one was there. The lady said “no walk ins today, only appointments”. I asked why, since no one was there. She said, “she is has had a busy day”.May want to change your signage for “walk ins welcome”.

If you don’t have the basic items to provide the services listed, you should at least contact the appointment holders you have to prevent them from wasting time and resources getting to your lab.I booked this appointment more than a week ago. Printer was down, no glucose to run the necessary lab-work, an hour of my time wasted. If the basic things were not even working, your tech should not have spent 15minutes typing codes into the computer only to let me know after the fact that none of the labs could be run. Frustrating! Now I have to reschedule time off work to go to a different lab and just hope they have everything.

The lab corp inside Walgreens near Alderman Rd. Palm Harbor, FL is fantastic. Alexa is a great phlebotomist. She’s pleasant, and professional. I Never felt a thing. I highly recommend this lab corp.

Went to the Palm Harbor Walgreen's facility @ 9:00 AM and signed in as a "walk-in" (never knew that visits were mostly by appointment). I was advised by the lady in charge that I would have to wait approx. 30 minutes as other people had appointments. No problem as we understood that we were walk-ins. An hour and a half later (my wife) inquired approx. how much longer it would be until she could get a very simple blood test? The Lady in charge responded that she may be able to get to my wife around 12:00 to 12:30 PM.....Maybe! It seemed that the original advisal of 30 minutes had grown to approx. 3 1/2 hours!!!! My wife asked why they accepted "walk-ins" and then expected Folks to wait until all appointments were complete! The Lady in charge advised that she was working alone and that my wife should go to Clearwater (approx. 15 miles away)! A Company as large as Lab Corp better send their Personal for some Customer Service training! What a pathedic example of how to impress Clients with your culture! Don't worry we will not be back!
