Went there to look at a very nice used vehicle in great condition for a low price. After 2+ hours of sitting there trying to work out financing for a vehicle less than 10k. They admitted they accidentally under priced the vehicle. Then they came back saying that I needed to trade in my other vehicle which I just purchased plus put down $3700 on top of the trade to get the financing. The car they wanted me trade in is worth more than the vehicle I was trying to purchase. Which they highered the price that day online. This was my experience at Ferman. It was the first and last time I'll deal with them.

Our salesman Dan MacDonald was very pleasant, courteous and professional. Unfortunately the vehicle we went to see had already sold, but he offered to keep an eye out for future stock that fit our needs.

The service manager Paul was very helpful and insightful. I brought my boyfriends car here for tinting and will definitely be bringing my own in soon. They did a great job and the price was the lowest in town.
