It’s Christmas Eve and the store was crazy. That didn’t stop the A.M Genevieve from stopping to help me find the right shoes for the budget I was looking to spend. She was caring and respectful. I couldn’t of asked for more today when I was beyond frustrated. Thanks so much I really do appreciate you for looking out it means so much. Merry Christmas. I will be back for sure.

Large selection of athletic and casual shoes, not many dress shoes compared to what they used to carry. Not my first choice when shoe shopping. Kohls and Macy's have wider variety.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always a nice selection, even in the clearance section. Famous Footwear membership is free and comes with great perks like make your own BOGO sale (which I used today), free shipping for online purchases and as you spend money, you earn free money off future purchases. Famous Footwear is always my first stop when I need shoes, sneakers, sandals, boots, hiking shoes, etc. A great place to shop that I highly recommend. A special shout-out to associate #223140 for being so helpful today! The praise isn't just how he treated me but I overheard a conversation with an elderly customer and he was so kind, it made me smile!
