Went there and looked at a fishing rod and reel. Spoke with the manager Joe and received major attitude and he treated me like dirt. I ended up walking out and would not suggest going to this location!!! Poor service

The only good experience I had was dealing with christian, Every other time I went there it's always been a hassle, The manager art is 1of the biggest idiots i've ever dealt with in my life, I have a white gold bracelet that is stamped 18k, But he tells me that it's plated, I have designer jewelry that I brought in, Even christian says you're not gonna look it up?And he says nope I know what i'm talking about, Clearly he doesn't, And then offers me 5 dollars, Other items I brought in he offers me five dollars, Do you know how insulting that sounds, Especially as a paying customer? Needless to say I will never be back in ever again, And I advise anybody who likes money not to shop here either

Wow, I really should have looked at the reviews before doing any business with these people. I spent $300 plus on a bracelet for my girl for Valentine's. Well, unfortunately the wife wasn't happy with it. She said that it was pinching her skin/pulling in the little hairs on her arm and it wasn't comfortable so we thought "ok, let's just return it and then I'll go get you something else." Come to find out they have a no-return policy on jewelry. Now, I don't recall seeing that on the receipt or any of the paperwork that they gave me, but when you spend that much money it should be common practice to verbally say "Hey, just to be clear,, there aren't any returns on jewelry." Of course they don't say that though because you may change your mind last minute and then they don't make off with your money. Ultimately, I ended up giving these people $150 for absolutely nothing. I think it's safe to say that no one should do business at this place except to buy some used CDs. Over all the experience at Cash America pawn was complete and utter trash.

Mary is an amazing person and Art is a close second. I’ve been going here for years (and years). Even though I moved I still drive to the Palm Harbor location for the most on my loans. Thanks to the whole Palm Harbor team for being awesome!!!!!

Been doing business with Cash America Pawn for 30 yrs.and have been dealing with Art as much as possible.He is very knowledgeable, and helpful on so many occasions.He is now at the Palm Harbor location. Go there and ask for Art, and see for yourself, how well he works with the customer.

Friendly staff and lots of different things to look at but if your looking for a specific item, my advice is to call first. That way you know if they have any for sale before you drive there. If you just want to shop maybe take a trip there you never know what you'll find. Great place.

No matter what you bring to him it's old or they can find it online cheaper than what you're asking for so they try to give you like nothing for anything that you bring them but when it comes up for sale or the price goes way up

I just bought a electrical lawn mower to 80 dollars, tried to use it the next day after being charged all night and the thing would not turn on at all,im reporting them to the better business bureau for their bad practices of not warrantee a item bought at their pawn shop, unless you pay 5% of the purchase price upfront for the 15 day warranty they offer.i think people work hard for their money and use places like this to find items that they need because they cant afford to buy new stuff,they should be ashame of themselves for doing this.
