Vincent Amore; what a professional! Not only did he walk me through the in's and out's of each type of account, I found that Trustco was the most friendly on my pocket book! What a great neighborhood bank to do business with. I highly recommend Vincent and Trustco to anyone that doesn't want the big banks to nickel and dime their accounts.

I am a new business owner and was looking for where to open my business account. After talking to a couple different places I was referred to Vinny at Trust Co and am so thankful I was! Vinny is very knowledge, kind and helpful, I knew I was making the right decision to open an account with them and did so immediately. Cindy was also amazing, and helped me apply for my first credit card, explaining the different ones and finding the best one for me. They both took their time, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable becoming part of the Trust Co family. I will be switching my personal account to there aswell!

Met with Vincent Amora today too open two business accounts a personal account and a credit card. He made it the most smooth as possible transition of all time. Not to mention he was actually human making the whole process so much more relatable and relaxed. The whole team there at Trustco is amazing thank you yo all!!

I was in a bad place with my (ehem wellsbargo) account. Every month I lost money for not following the "man's" rules. I asked why I even have a savings account when all you do is take money away everyone. They said "to save money". I said how do I save when you keep taking?... They refused to acknowledge my question.So I said "enough is enough!!!!" And sought out the only person who could save my personal and business. Some knew him as Vinny Amore, I knew him as Vinny Trustco. And how can you not trust a banker who works for Trust...Co.It was quick, painless, and heroic. Now believe you me he saved my life. Not just in savings, but from a ferocious grasshopper attempting to attack me in his office. He sprung into action with his handy dandy box. Capturing the foul beast in a might swoop. More like 10 tries, but without harming the creature. Then set it free in a humane way to be reunited one with nature.Vinny, protector of trustco, banker among bankers, I will always be in your debt. Thank you for everything you did for me this day.

Vinnie guided us painlessly through the application for a Home Equity Line of Credit. He also helped us open and account and a Safe Deposit Box, the key to which I promptly lost. He is ordering a duplicate key for me. The bank has a genuine homey feel to it capped with personal service.

We had the pleasure of starting to work with Vincent Amore back in 2018 when we first started searching for homes. Although we did have some some obstacles thrown at us, including a pandemic, that increased home prices dramatically. Vinnie was always eager to answer my call and assist in any way he could, as we navigated the purchase of our home. Fast forward to 2023 and he was the first person I contacted, he was just as eager to help as ever and Trustco bank still had its very consumer friendly option for a home purchase. Through Vinnie’s diligence, and Truscro Banks’ team support, we closed on the property last week and could not have been happier with our experience with both Vinnie and Trustco Bank!

I'm from upstate NY, and so I knew of Trustco Bank. When I moved to area, I looked into Trustco for a mortgage becauseI heard they kept their mortgages in-house--- they don't sell them. So I reached out for a mortgage and heard from Vinny then in Ormond and later in Palm Coast. The real estate market was so hot that it was difficult finding a place. But Vinny worked with me patiently for over a year. He's a great guy, super nice and friendly. He really helped me get the best rate and keep expenses down. Trustco has a great mortgage option with a lower percentage down and no PMI. I'm very pleased to have had their help buying my new home.

The name says it all. This is a bank you can TRUST to take care of all your banking needs. For years I was using another bank but never felt like anything but a number.When I found Trustco in Palm Coast everyone in the branch treated me like Family there was a warm and welcoming feeling. Trustco had me at that point. I have told friends and coworkers to go in and experience this one of a kind bank. I would like to thank Vinny and his team.

Coming from a bigger bank that had been charging me unreasonable fees, and I could never get on the phone with my personal banker to solve these issues. Once I stepped foot into Trustco Bank, I had been greeted at the door immediately and was able to get help with my accounts.Thank you Trustco for being so attentive and willing to understand my banking needs!

It's February 18th after multiple calls to branch to get my tax Information I still haven't received it. nobody at the branch has any answers . About to take my $ close my accounts because after 2 weeks of looking for answers I haven't received one decent answer. And thats completely unacceptable. update it's now March 9th and finally got a call about my tax information.. absolutely pathetic customer service..
