2000+ miles from home driving down 95 and had a simple issue with 2024 Silverado called the dealer and talk to the service department lady was as helpful as can be said the truck bring the truck right in and they could take a peek at it quickly Double back to dealership and talk to service advisor who told me they had no open time, even for a simple reset, very disappointed

I do not recommend Tom Gibbs Chevrolet at this location!!!
They were Very unprofessional, and I was very unimpressed,
We got approved for a truck and then they sold it out from underneath us,
The morning we were going to pick it up. Would not advise working with Doug or Caleb, very
Unprofessional and disappointing...
I found the truck of my dreams and lost it,
all In less than 24 hours,
when that was the time we were allotted!!
Definitely not trustworthy or compassionate with their customers...
Needless to say they will not have business with us again,
We were very disappointed and will not be going back....
We DID come up with the money before the allotted time, they were told there we could be no down payment to hold the truck,
We work with you for 3 days, point You are on the way to pick up the truck and you had already sold the truck from underneath us and that was wrong....

they evaluated my car at 4 thousand dollars with only 24 miles on it i bought it for 34,000 the sales person is the worst person I've ever seen he has bad breath looks like a drug addict close this dealer then my wife was scammed tom gibbs

Engine light came on our truck, while hooked to our camper on our way out on a much needed get away. We didn’t know if we should chance it or not. Called Mike Nailor in the service department- he was amazing! Squeezed us in, thank God, found out had we gone it would have been bad. He searched for the part and had it fixed and picked it up the next morning. Mike showed how much he cares. We love you Mike, we are so glad you are out service guy! See you tomorrow with your Cinnabons ?

I called service several days before my appointment & asked Service guy, if in fact they have to replace the washer fluid cannister do you have that part on hand. He TOLD me that they could get one quickly that day!!! That was a lie! I don't appreciate that deception. I have to drive to Orlando for surgery on Tuesday & needed this done. They at least could've patched it. Not a happy customer right now!
