Sun State knocked it out of the park! They were so friendly and helpful on the phone with ensuring my claim was verified with my insurance and that they had the right glass for my car. I had to take the car in for service but they got me in during the same week that I called. I waited for it where they had coffee and they got the windshield placed within about an hour! I'm impressed and highly recommend them. Waaayyy better than Safelite and great value!

Employee in dodge mini van drives like a complete maniac. Excessive speeding. Multiple lane changes simultaneously. Almost side swiped another truck and didn't even notice. Has a number 33 in passenger door. Complete idiot

This is a fake storefront these people are supposedly actually in winter park. I personally would have no faith in these people and their dishonest practices.

Professional, customer service oriented staff. Worked with 3 representatives from company who provided excellent service throughout the glass repair process. Marybel worked closely with carrier to arrange replacement, approvals and scheduling. Charles was knowledgeable in completing the actual windshield replacement. Work was done professionally, install clean up. Kyle calibrated and completed the job. Extremely nice staff to work with! On time too. Thanks again.

TERRIBLE JOB AND WONT FIX THEIR MISTAKE. They replaced the windshield glass on my Mercedes and did a very poor job. There is a wind noise and the molding does not fit. I had an independent dealer inspect my car and they provided me with documentation that there are are obvious faults in the installation of the glass and molding. Despite 3rd party documentation of their faulty work, Bobbi, the manager refuse to fix the problem. They send one man out to do the work of what should be a 2-man job and the glass does not sit right. My beautiful car is now left with a persistent with noise after their poor repair job. A very untrustworthy company. With hundreds of glass companies out there I can't imagine they would last long providing such derelict in quality service.

One the the worst garbage company to deal with. The tech who came out to fix my car scratch my roof and my all over my dash the the tools the used to pop out the glass. its been 3 weeks i been waiting back for this woman name Abby to call me back regarding this matter. NO one has called me or giving a care. worst customer service, i highly recommended people no to ever used them. The will damage your car and play stupid like nothing happen. DO NOT USED SUN STATE AUTO GLASS!

They were great! From the receptionist to the technicians! They were able to schedule me for the next day with a time that was convenient for my schedule. The two techs showed up exactly on time. They were done with everything in 45 minutes. Vacuumed all the glass out of my car too, which was sooo appreciated! Would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.
