Terrible customer service tonight on 2/13/24 at about 11:30pm. I let an older friend (72) rent a room from me about a week ago. He went out and got lost on his way home and his phone died. Gas stations are the safe place to go to right? Wrong, not this one. The guy working wS "too busy" to be bothered. I called and asked if I could pay for a charging wire on the phone and if he could kindly put the address correctly in his phone...he was 20 minutes away from where he was supposed to be. The guy was rude, told me he had customers to help and for me to just come get him. Like what a jerk!!! I hope when he is 72 someone is just as awful to him as he was to this man who was lost in a new town and couldn't find his way. I drove 20 minutes this late at night just so he could follow me home safely. That guy does not belong in a job that involves dealing with customers. I have been there plenty of times however I will not give them my business again and will be sure to share thus experience with fb and any other review site. When I got there, there was nobody there...but just so busy. When my friend got there, he said at first he didn't think anyone worked there. Management should rethink their overnight staff cuz not only was that guy unwillingly to help someone list, he was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I'd give negative stars if it would let me.

I love going here after getting off work because it's on the way. The only reason I am giving a three star review is because whenever I get there, there are times where there is nobody there, so I have to use self checkout.

When I moved to Palm coast 3 yrs ago store needed tlc. Since Tim is Mgr there is a steady improvement in everything...cleanliness, stock, food offerings, and general modernization inside and out. I like self check out it prevents me from being stuck behind lottery sales. There is a nice neighbor vibe here. Staff friendly but not fawning.

This place is so dirty and they are always out of products I agree with every other review here. There seems to be a very deliberate re occurring theme at the store. Poor service, Poorly stocked shelves,and just a dirty place, It's very clear to me this place needs a new manager

Used to love this store. Then they changed the employees and it went all to hell. The only time it isn't trashed is when Mack or Tim is working.

Everytime I come in here they are always out of stuff. The staff is very unhelpful and unfriendly.
