I'm very sorry to tell you that the three nights I spent at this hotel were the worst of all my Marriott hotel experiences. The noise from the water pump started due to strong wind and heavy rain on the first day was extremely serious; on the second night, my upstairs guests dragged tables, chairs and luggage in the middle of the night, waking me up from my sleep; the most extreme thing was last night: at 12 o'clock, the person next door to me There were new guests checking in, and the sound of showering and packing went on for an hour, and then someone turned on the whirlpool tub in the middle of the night. This was outrageous! Hotels should inform guests that they should not use the noisy whirlpool between 11pm and 7pm. Quality guests should also consciously avoid disturbing the rest of other guests. I hope you can send out a reminder immediately. I don't want to have a repeat of yesterday's nightmare tonight. After I wrote the above paragraph to the hotel, the hotel's response to me was: There is nothing they can do, even a message to the guests to remind them to avoid using the jacuzzi in the middle of the night. The worst hotel service and management I have ever experienced, bar none.By the way: the hotel's tap water is murky.

This is a newer resort in the area with multiple buildings all on the beach. We were in Dolphin located right next to the check-in and that central location was very nice. Room was OK - bed mattress was firm which was hard on me (as a side sleeper) so I actually started sleeping on the couch instead. Bathroom was fine with huge bathtub for two and a shower that would fit three. Trim is old and poorly done, though, and the shower leaked water on to the floor. On-site restaurant might have been good, but service was pretty bad, including the time we ordered a dessert (don't bother with the key lime pie here) and they forgot to text us when it was ready. Exercise center is good and well equipped, staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly, pools are very clean and warm, hot tubs are thoughtfully designed so a dozen or more people can be in them without being in each others' faces, pretty kid friendly site. Beach is right there and nice but the sand is a bit coarse and steep making it hard to walk at times. Luckily the ocean is so warm (80 degrees in December!) that we could just walk in the waves. Overall, we had a great time and will likely come back again.

Would have rated this place a 5 had we been at the resort and the ocean view room was actually fully ocean view. We were given a room in the Kingfish building which is not connected to the main resort. There's another hotel in between so it's a long walk to access the main hotel. This building does have a small gym, pool, and pool bar available so it wasn't too bad but still annoying to have to walk that far to all the other amenities. We had booked a one bedroom ocean view room which did have a nice view from the room however since we were on the second floor our balcony had a concrete wall so you can't see anything but the sky when sitting on the patio. It's also super tiny and really tight. Higher floor rooms have a railing instead so definitely avoid the lower floor. The room was quite nice and had a large living room, kitchen, and laundry which was great. The bedroom was also large and everything was really clean but the shower has seen better days! Would probably stay again since the beach is really nice but would definitely specify only the buildings in the resort and probably wouldn't book the ocean view since they wouldn't guarantee getting an actual good view.

Beautiful location.About 25 minutes from PBI Airport. A short flight from NY. Beautiful resort with many pools and direct access to the beach. Weekly activities for all ages. Live music on certain days. Bike Rentals are available. Ordered a Bowl with grilled Chicken from On The Rocks Pool Bar and Grill. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Spacious Villas nicely decorated.

Splurged a smidge on this trip. I've never been to this part of Florida, and I'm not sure if it's for me. One of my highlights was this stay. This hotel was clean, right on the beach, close to a small shopping area that was walkable through a beautiful neighborhood. We didn't get to try the hotel restaurant or the activities as we planned to go out. The room had a small kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. There were lots of plates and cups, which was nice. The housekeeping service would come to drop off extra towels or whatever you needed by request. It was worth a stay if you are all about the beach!

Check in is a disaster I wrote a letter to director and no response. We tried to check in earlier but no go but when we did management tried to give us a room that we did not reserve! They did finally give us what we wanted but the stress from this was really not why we came here! Out of the 5 nights we stayed 3 of them we had to call security because of partying and noises from other rooms at all hours of the night. Oh yea maintenance came because of a reset of the air conditioning was down and roaches in the kitchen. How would anyone feel after that? They rejected my review trip advisor but I have a record of reviews on trip advisor for a long time. I hope google is better. This place can be much much better! Start with an on site restaurant.Food & drinks: They have a snack bar for lunch that’s it!Breakfast is like a pretend deli bread was stale on my egg sandwich.

I have been coming here for many years and it has slowly been deteriorating. There are a lot of maintenence needs and they seemed to be overwhelmed. This year, I booked a 3 bedroom with an ocean view, which ended up having a view of the parking lot. They were unable to process a credit because they said we technically had a view of the ocean. I will post pictures if possible. Even the manager acknowledged the room was not good.We showed up to check in today with 3 kids under 5 at 4 pm, the check in time. My room wasn't ready. When we were able to get in, there was a leak in the bathroom, no pack and play, no detergent for the dishwasher to clean my youngest son's bottles and some torn up furniture. It is now 9pm. After more than 6 calls, I now have a pack and play, a sheet for the pack and play, the bathroom is not flooded, and I can start the dishwasher. Nothing is perfect, but it is certainly not worth the price. I don't plan on staying here again. I am hopeful they will let me check out tomorrow because I see some beautiful VRBOs just a block away.Rooms: The windows are not clean, the furniture is pretty torn up and there is a leak in the bathroom.

First time here at beautiful west palm beach Florida and we stayed here and we will be back. Everyone is so nice, polite and accommodating. Property is gorgeous with so many amenities. It’s right on the ocean as well. Joy at the front desk was so nice and accommodating to us. We arrived early before check in and we were able to be on property while waiting for our room to be ready. This is so nice and accommodating to guests who live out of state and have no where to go. They held our bags for us as well and we just got what we needed out before they put them away for us. Thank you for a excellent stay, we will be back.

This hotel is very beautiful, clean and modern. The room/studio was very clean, smelled nice, was spacious and a small balcony was really nice. The pools were nice and clean and we could always find chairs. There are more quiet pools than others with less children. The ocean is right behind the hotel but I suggest you bring your own chairs and umbrella if possible because it can be very expensive to rent for the day. There is a couple of restaurants near the hotel but I suggest you take your car or a cab if you are looking for nicer restaurants.I highly recommend this hotel!

Raćhel Rogers, good and beverage supervisor, is awesome. She was really sweet and helpful. Awesome, little lady. It's a good distance from a lot of places. Good for yourself, family, or whoever you want to bring. Rooms are clean, and staff are friendly. Bartender Alex is really good, friendly, and nice.

— I have never in all my travels been made to feel like my money being spent at a resort meant less than another person. After the struggles with checkin and leaking tub Handles we finally got settled. We were set to have a daily tidy of our room which was never done until the second to last day. On that day the housekeeper walked into the bathroom and mopped the floor while my 13 year old daughter was in the shower. We talked to management and told that it is standard practice to continue to clean while people are in the room. I completely disagree with someone walking in on my underage daughter while she is in the shower.During our owners preview we were told that if we were owners then things would have been taken care of differently. Why would I want to spend tens of thousands of dollars with a company that treats other people like second-class citizens? We went on this vacation with family that are high level owners and saw first hand how they were treated differently. Although we had a great time with our family, the Marriott company made me feel like we didn’t belong there. It is advertised as a kid friendly resort. Just don’t leave your kids or even teenagers alone in the room or they may be walked in on while naked. I am looking into what legal routes I have with my minor having her privacy violated and hotel management doing nothing about it. Just telling us it is company policy.

Waiting to check into our room but the pool water is so warm not refreshing at all, when you charge this much per day you should have a chiller to keep the water at a decent temperature , like most nice places do. Went up three different times to get towels this is really sad!!! They need to remove all the Shrubbery to let the cool ocean breezes come in, it is sweltering no Breeze at all, many of the hotels in Hawaii got smart to that. Unfortunately we paid in advance and it is non-refundable or I would go somewhere else, we'll update as I go along. Update checked into the room got ready to take shower and there was not a single washcloth.Noteworthy details: NONE

Our family had an unforgettable vacation at Marriott's Ocean Pointe hotel. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself was wonderful, with great amenities that catered to both adults and children. Our toddler had a blast at the pool and splash pad, which kept them happily occupied throughout our stay. The staff at Marriott's Ocean Pointe were a standout, as they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home and added a special touch to our vacation.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better family getaway. If you're looking for a fantastic hotel with fantastic amenities and an outstanding staff, Marriott's Ocean Pointe is the perfect choice!Rooms: During our stay at the hotel, we had joined rooms that we shared with our in-laws. The area was spacious and well-maintained, providing ample comfort for all of us. However, one thing that caught us off guard was the green water when attempting to take a bath. We were informed that this is a common occurrence on this island and in the area, so it seems to be a normal phenomenon rather than a hotel-specific issue.Apart from that, our overall experience was pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms perfect for accommodating a larger group. If you can overlook the green water, this hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families and groups traveling together.Food & drinks: The food and drinks were delicious, adding to the enjoyment of our vacation. One of the highlights was the attentive poolside service provided by a friendly waitress. She took care of all the guests in the pool area, allowing us to relax and enjoy without having to leave our chairs. It was a wonderful touch that made our time by the pool even more relaxing and enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with good food and drinks and excellent poolside service, this hotel is the perfect choice!

The best! The best! The best!Every room you can see the ocean and a pool...that is right, a pool...because they have so many of them! Options for days for activities, food is great, Starbucks on site, kids crafts and activities, in pool blackjack, teen uno competitions...and the best staff we have had the please of meeting. Particularly the staff that runs the daily events and the on-site bar/poolside restaurant!
