Love this place and the staff! Especially the best groomer in the whole state of Florida! Amanda has been grooming my fur babies for 19 years! I have never met anyone that cares more about the animals. She is gentle, kind, patient, honest, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly talented at what she does. I feel so fortunate to have found such an incredible place and human to help care for my sweet fur babies (even though they can be a lot to deal with at times ?). We love you Amanda and the whole Woof Gang staff! Highly recommend!!

Scheduled an appointment to have our dog groomed and we told them he is sedated slightly due to anxiety when we get it done. They told us no problem, and we have even been to other locations of Woof Gang without an issue. I get there and the groomer (who was probably pretty inexperienced or just not very good) said she didn’t feel comfortable because he was groggy, which is the exact point of sedating the dog and calling ahead to let them know. Don’t waste your time here, inexperienced groomers that can’t “handle” what every other groomer has had no issue with.

You can see that the owner has put a lot of effort into creating his beautiful business... I congratulate him for that... unfortunately this morning I had a very bad experience with a young employee and her partner. Between the two of them, they made me feel like I couldn't pay for her services or as if I didn’t own my own dog, invented any excuse not to attend to me. attitude counts a lot!!! I wouldn't even have left my dog with these two people.

This place is the best! They got all the mats out of my little maltese’s ears and did it for no charge! They are the kindest and sweetest people! They will love on your dog and your dog will come out looking great! They also have so many different foods and treats to choose from and will give you samples to try! We will definitely be taking out little Finnegan back! He loved them!

We recently moved to PBG and have gone 4 times now for grooming our 15lb rescue mutt, Monkey. This place is amazing! From the receptionists to the groomers (special shout out to Sophia, who always goes above and beyond!), we can’t recommend Woof Gang highly enough. Their extensive inventory of decadent treats and grooming products are fantastic, too!

This is the place to take your pups! Sofia is awesome and always caring to my Thor. I refuse to take my pup anywhere else because every experience it’s awesome with her. She puts fourth so much effort and detail to her work and you can tell she truly takes pride in what she does. I HIGHLY recommend taking your pups to her for your next grooming needs.

This location is great! Sofia is an awesome groomer! She has been taking care of my dogs for a while now. She always listens to my requests and she gives me great advice on any issues I have with my dogs. She is caring & thorough! You can tell she has pride in her work. I wouldn't want to use any other groomer!

They won’t take the harness back that was never used. Because I don’t have the tags. They didn’t tell me I needed them to return it and they are the ones who removed the tags and threw them away!!Update: The owner reached out to connect with me and offered store credit or a refund. Unfortunately, I was already on a plane home. She was at the store when I tried to return the harness. Instead of taking the time to talk with me then, she waited too long and only reached out after my review. Sometimes you don’t get second chances.

Very poor grooming and customer service! I asked for my puppy to be cut short with the legs left a bit fuller so they didn’t look like shaved sticks. It looks like she shaved my dogs body but forgot to cut the rest of her. It’s $90 for wash and cut on a 10lbs puppy that is 11 months old. The groomer seemed offended that I asked for my pup to be fixed, blamed my dog and said I don’t bring her enough to get groomed(She goes monthly). I really wanted to love this place, I gave them multiple chances. The last 2 cuts were just not good. I want to post a pic of this cut because everyone there treated me as if I was irrational and the manager told me, they never get complaints and people ask for the haircut haircut my dog got. I can’t imagine anyone would want their morkie walking around looking like this!!

I would love to go in more, but they don't price any of their items! You have to ask the staff for every single thing we want to know the price. Maybe most their clientele don't need to worry about prices... so I guess this is not the place for me.

Overall Woofgang Bakery is amazing! They have a unique selection of fun and innovative pet supplies that you can't find at the big-box pet retailers. An added plus, Woofgang's are locally and independently owned and operated.

The Girls here super friendly but I would never EVER come back here, I asked if they have a specific brand, and I have 2 extra large dogs, and they told me they can order for me, then they gave 2 tiny samples with different protein, and I asked for 2 more since I owned 2 large dogs so they can try it since is different protein, OMG OMG one of the girls went to the back office to ask owner if they can give me 2 more samples (are you kidding me?) This gets worst......owner wants to SELL ME SAMPLES omg omg omgHorrible, cheap.....good luck with your business, since I support local businesses not to yours EVER.?
