I did not have a good experience with this store. I bought a trimmer and then I realised that my husband had one already. Two days later my husband went back to return it and they said that they did not take back trimmers. My husband told him that it has not been open. She still refuse to refund the money. At the time we did not see that on the receipt it said that it can be returned as long as it was not open and you have a receipt. My husband went to a near by Sallys Beauty shop at US1, Jupiter. The cashier was very cordial, nice and with no questions she took the trimmer and my husband got his money back. Be careful when buying from Sally's in Northlake, Palm Beach Gardens.

Lori is amazing!! Whenever I go in, she is so helpful! I look forward to seeing her smiling face. If you don’t know what to get or how to use a product etc she will rum over to explain and offer help!!

Neither the Northlake location nor the Jupiter location gives great customer service. Im either met with uninterested, rude workers or incompetent ones who don't communicate effectively. Its always a challenge shopping at Sally's.

Jessica was super helpful in recommending different options for my husband worrying about thinning, my curly hair that I straighten and for my friend’s child who is mixed. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Jessica! Excited to try these new products!

Tatiana is not the best of employees. She can’t figure out who arrived first makes people wait and doesn’t even know how to run the register correctly. When an employee makes it so that I lose money, the company loses money. Laurie (I believe is the manager’s name) needs to develop this employee so that people will want to shop.

Product selection is good. Workers hover as if you're going to shoplift. Last time I went I was so uncomfortable I left without buying anything and went to a different beauty supply store

Came in to Northlake store afternoon before Thanksgiving in a panic due to hair color disaster. Jessica was very helpful and comforting and went out of her way to help me. Disaster was successfully averted and I hope she stays there forever as she is such a knowledgeable and helpful addition to the store. I will definitely return. Had never been there and was amazed at their huge selections.

Received this email regarding a flash sale. Four for $20. I've been waiting for the sale since the last one. The email states that the promo code for the flash sale is good in store or online. So I raced to the Northlake Boulevard store after dinner before they closed at 7 pm. I got there at 6:45 p.m. to buy my items . I asked the clerk just to double-check and make sure that the items that I was purchasing were included in the sale. She had no idea. I went up to the register and the clerk and the manager both said that the sale is not good for in store purchases. That you have to order the items online and pick it up in the store. Which is not what this email says. I showed the email to the manager and the clerk and they both still refuse to honor the sale price where it CLEARLY states that you can use it the promo code provided in the store and online. They absolutely refuse to honor it. Also, on the door of the store was a sign regarding the 4 for 20 sale.As a very busy hairdresser, I buy a lot of items that are not available at other supply houses at this Sally's. They've lost my business as well as all the other stylists at the salon. We refuse to shop here again.

Came in to get some color. Jessica was super nice, went out of her way to show us the best products, and such a great help! She deserves a raise. Definitely shop here and ask for Jessica.

Have been in twice and have been assisted by Jessica she was very helpful both times and I got exactly what I needed I would recommend shopping at the northlake store I was very satisfied with her knowledge and service.

So I went there last night around 6pm an hour before closing because I decided I needed a big change and what bigger then going dark brown to blonde. When I walked in Jessica was helping another customer but politely greeted me and when she was done she immediately asked me if I needed help. Which I absolutely did because I paint cars not hair ? I informed her of my plans and thank God she has been to cosmetology school and is so educated on the products because once again I have no clue . I wanted to do it at home but the right way. She explained the processes I would have to do and even went as far as hand writing all the directions step by step so I wasn’t confused . Removing the old color, bleaching, and the blonde. She told me how important the hair masks were and the scalp treatment (but she didn’t push it on me I asked first) I wasn’t willing to spend a pretty penny as long as I had the tools and products to do this right. She helped me pick out everything from developer to die to the bleach to the toner to the shampoo and conditioner, scalp treatment hair mask and the drops because every-time I dye my hair after a few days it gets the god-awful red tint, caps, a mixing brush, just literally everything :) il admit I was a bit scared walking in but after I left I had so much confidence and was beyond excited. She told me everything and as I said wrote all the directions down, and ON TOP OF THAT she wrote her hours down and the store phone number if I had any other questions , concerns or needed anymore help. I hope you know how blessed you are to have such an amazing woman there. She has such a bright future and I will never ever go to another beauty store because of how amazing my experience was just last night. Thank you thank you thank you Sally’s for such a ln amazing experience! &Thank you Jessica for all your help you are truly amazing! ¬ just for all the help and how far you went above and beyond for me. A wonderful person as well and I wish you nothing but the best :) I’ll be back in a few days to show you the results and go shopping with you again.Oh and for future customersTuesday-Sunday 3:30-7:30 ask for JessicaYou will not be disappointed and the. You’ll see just what I’m talking about!!!! I cannot stress how amazing my experience was.Thank you Jessica and Sally’s !!!

As I entered I was greeted, great!! While looking over some nail items I was asked did I need help, I responded, “ No thank you”. Continuing to shop, now looking over the nail files, another worker came over to ask “ do you need any help”, I responded “ No thank you”. I walked through the aisle looking at the shears and again was asked, “ do you need help” at this point I have only been in the store for 10 minutes, with acetone, nail polish, and files in one hand and my cell phone in the other hand talking on the phone. I politely place my items down and walked out, I will not spend my money in an establishment that treats me like I am a criminal. What did you think I was going to steal, I felt highly uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. You have lost a customer. I knew the underlining question of “Do you need help” was a way for them to WATCH me. But there was nothing to watch! Treat your customers better!!!!
