Delivery to my father was supposed to arrive the day before fathers day. I received a text (from the driver?) on the delivery day saying that it wasn't delivered because they needed a "gate code". There is no gate code at this location...there is a staffed gate or posted phone number to call if it is unstaffed (after hours). All I can think is that they went to the wrong address, but who knows.Reaching out on father's day led to no response.Day after fathers day I finally reach the store. No explanation as to why the delivery wasn't made and not even an apology (much less some kind of service recovery compensation). They said they will deliver it (today) although weren't even able to guarantee delivery within the next 6 hours.Bad experience all around. Impression is that no one there--either the delivery driver or person on the phone--cares a bit about the customer

I placed an order online on 12/17/22 to be delivered on 12/18. On 12/19 they charged my account and as of today they have not delivered it. I did receive an email saying they couldn't deliver it. Which I responded to the email and I also tried to cancel the order but the system said there was an error and didn't cancel it. I had tried to call several times and I can't get through a live person. It is an automated service that drops the calls after they ask you to leave a message. I have left several messages and no one calls me back. They don't deliver, they get your money and then they do not talk to you.

This edible Arrangements store should lose their franchise. I ordered a valrntine gift for my lady and received a message changing the delivery to the day after. I calued this store and phone was always busy or off the hook ie shut down. I then called HQ and told them the problem. I was told that they would contact the store to convey my wish to ship or cancel. I called the store again on Vday am and, was told that my order was delivered. 3 hours later I called my lady... NO DELIVERY! This place lies cheats and steals my money and should be shut down for the lousy reputation they give edible.

I ordered a Thanksgiving tray to be sent to my friends about 3 days before the holiday. They were very satisfied with delivery service as well as the delicious edibles they got. They received a call the day before delivery to ensure that they would be home to receive it which they appreciated. Tray arrived in good condition & they enjoyed everything! A great big thank you to Heather who helped me place the order & kudos to your store for a job well done. It's been a few weeks since my visit and I am still in awe by the supreme customer service that I received. The woman who served me politely explained the delivery process and ensured me that she would have my order ready due to the urgency. To my surprise, everything was good to go by the time I arrived!!

Almost $100 and they didn't send the balloon - an extra $5.00 (plus $20.00 delivery fee). My son was in the hospital in SanDiego on his birthday needing a port for failing kidneys. Sad! Then the MDs wouldn't allow him to eat melon (orange or green) so half the arrangement was a waste. Very sad! I missed that there was No chocolate on the cute birthday arrangement in candle decorated bucket! Darn.

10 out of 5 stars if I could! I placed an order on Monday morning to be delivered to our office on Wednesday for an amazing co-worker's Birthday. I called the store Wednesday around noon and spoke with Crystal. Having 43 deliveries for the day and I can imagine more orders being processed, Crystal took the time to locate our gift and provided me with the utmost care to rush my order out the door and have it delivered before our co-worker headed out of the office for lunch! Crystal and our delivery driver, we thank you for making someone's day a little brighter during these troubling times! Sincerely, A returning customer!

I will never order from this location again. Paid extra for my order to get there on Mother’s Day and it did not get there on Mother’s Day. Worst experience ever.

what i ordered for my valentines vs what he received... i am so upset how its downgraded my daughter would dipped in. better than this... not $70 worth at all!!!! ( including delivery fee delivery guy was nice doe)

I Highly recommend this location. The arrangement was perfect. The chocolate fruit and strawberries were beautiful, fresh and tasted awesome. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for taking the time to make my gift special.

Just used them for a birthday delivery, and well they called the person 2 hours before to let them know they were going to go deliver the arrangement which just killed the whole surprise thing. Specially since I called them right when placing the order to confirm delivery time and that someone was going to be there. The website says the number is to call in case of any issue to find the address. When I called them the said that even though I called to confirm the time, I had to be specific and ask not to call (again!?). Needless to say, will be using other places in the future.
