Do NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. The Branch manager is a horrible person and a horrible business woman.Noelia N Logarzo is unprofessional and most of all Rude…They provided me with a computer printout to get a letter of satisfaction and it was the wrong address and I had to have it overnighted and it was sent back to me cause the address was incorrect when I brought the overnight envelope back to show the back she said” that’s not my problem”……

Absolutely appalling experience. I am a professional agent/representative and end of life doula/practitioner. I delivered in person the original power of attorney for review. Keep in mind I live 4 hours away. They needed to see it in person which is a violation of Florida Statute as financial institutions are to accept electronic copies and in case any one is unaware, Florida offer remote online notarization services so those documents are always digital. I did drive down to meet in person with Murshida Uddin who immediately took the papers and spoke to the manager, Noelia. Noelia never got up to meet me or ask any questions. This was a Friday afternoon. Instantly, I could sense something amiss. My client is a multimillionaire and they don’t want his account to go else where so they can float his funds and generate interest. The following Monday morning, the Polk Co. Sheriff’s Office is called to my clients residence as I was there to verify if I was my clients PoA as Noelia contacted PCSO to report suspected elder abuse. This also violated my clients health information (HIPAA violation). I was mortified as the neighbors see me coming out of the home being questioned like a criminal.Needless to say, litigation is in process against Citi, Murshida, Noelia and the legal team at Citi for failing to provide me in 4 business days a decision. Today is day 7. This is another violation of Florida State Statute.Murshida also is very rude and hangs up on you when you call.KNOW WHERE YOU BANK AT AS THIS BRANCH and FINANCIAL INSTITUTION VIOLATES MANY STATUTES.

No one answers the phone! That's what you get with global banking! Smaller community banks have better services

OK so I know not having many brick and mortar locations it's pretty frustrating when you need to go inside; however, this location was super friendly. Was greeted immediately and no more than a minute to serve me. Alex was my teller and was friendly and smiling. I guess like the saying goes...can't believe everything you hear..in this case everything you read. Not sure how so many people have had not so great experiences at this location. Anyways if you have to drive go see Alex at this branch.

I have a check from Citibank. I'm a non account holder, so I called ahead to make sure I would have no problem cashing at this Citi location. I drove over an hour, 2 hours round trip to cash this check. When I arrived, the woman told me they won't cash my check as a non account holder. That they will only cash a check at their Delray Beach location, which is ANOTHER hour further away from where I started. I said "OK, I'll open an account right now with you, and deposit the check. She told me "We only open new accounts by appointment only."I have never heard such ridiculousness from a bank EVER. I will never use this bank and will be canceling my Citi credit cards when I get home.

Worst service ever! Let’s just start with bank accountant who is barely speaking English and during wire transfer made every possible mistake and misspell could be ever done. I had to correct almost every number after him. Not mentioning that he didn’t know how to use application.

I have came to this bank twice to cash a check that was with the bank after calling and the employees saying yes you can cash a check if it’s made out to us, just come right in and each time their system has been down. I don’t if it’s really down because they’re cashing other checks before and after I left. I don’t appreciate them saying yea they can cash just to say their system is down. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Didn’t realize CITI was pet friendly, the dog currently sitting in front of me is obviously not a service dog. Let me bring my Malanois in though bet my dogs couldn’t just chill out in the lobby. This is incredibly dangerous for real service dogs.

5 stars to ROHAN BAILEY - ONLY.Stay away from this bank. I offer this after having just gone through a major, disastrous ordeal with them. but I'd like to offer 5 stars to Rohan Bailey for trying to fix a problem for me and my client. If ever you need to talk to someone in this branch, he's the one. He listens and he offers intelligent explanations. He fixed a POA problem for me that should have been easier - except for my notary's mistakes (taken care of) and his co-worker which I will write about in my next review. Overall, I'd say to Rohan, "you belong in a better bank or a higher position."Thank you for your help in finally getting this resolved after driving there 6 times from Port Saint Lucie.Robin Marshall - feel free to Google me. In the radio and social media industry for 40 years and I breed customer service.

I'd never go to this bank again if I had to deal with their representative named Murshida Uddin. She needs to learn the meaning of Customer Service. She's Rude, not helpful at all, and seems to care more about lunchtime and closing than her customers.I had an urgent problem that needed to be taken care of that I'd been trying to fix for over a YEAR. I had to return to the bank 5 Times - Once because of Her Mistake in reading a POA the wrong way, which caused me to unnecessarily have it notarized for the 4the time. I was finally told I was no longer welcome to return to the bank! MY Legal had to deal with THEIR Legal. She gave me no phone number or address for the legal team. Thus, I had to hire an attorney ($1000) to REWRITE the SAME POA, but the only difference was it was on his letterhead. THEIR LEGAL Also said, "this is a Branch Issue- not OUR issue." She sent me on a wild goose chase. The worst of the worst was she would NOT return phone calls to my Attorney's office or ME. Six calls were made without one return call.I walked in with the papers again and spoke with another representative; I told him as per the papers, they had FOUR days to respond, or my attorney would take action. I also threatened reviews on the woman across from him that had made me miserable. Murshida Uddin. Told him I'd been in the Social Media Industry for 40 years, including all of them being in radio. I knew how to Write a BAD REVIEW if I still needed to resolve this. I also told him he'd been very helpful, and I appreciated him. That night I received a call from him and was told to come in tomorrow to fill out the paperwork. The POA Papers had been accepted.Once again- She should lose her job or at LEAST be put in a class that teaches Customer Service.Robin Marshall - and feel free to Google me to keep me honest.
