I wish I can score them a 0. Let me be very clear this isn't about the local branch is about the bank itself. I been banking with sccu for 16 yrs. I have a tenant who processes their rent payment as an electronic transfer. Instead of sccu depositing the money to my acct they withdraw my acct. How did this happened? No one knows . I called customer service. In order for me to authenticate my acct i must provide 6 pieces of information. But you allowed a withdrawal to be made from my acct without my aithorization. I was advised that the local branch manager would call me. It didn't happen. My money is back on my acct. But no one at sccu has explained how did this happen. I will open a better business bureau complaint and file also a complaint to the FDIC.

SCCU has the most and highest fees of any credit union I have worked with. They also combine this with generally bad customer service. They do tend to have decent rates but not any better than Launch FCU who have much lower transaction fees and much better customer service.

This is the THIRD time I have told the teller in the drive-thru which account to place cash into with the FULL NAME on the account.It still gets put in another account. I don't understand what is so hard to comprehend. I speak English and clearly. This almost caused yet another set back into our account if our rent check had bounced because of sheer negligence and no active listening skills.I specifically told the teller my husband's full name on the account she comes back to the speaker & asked if it was my account and I repeated myself and I said " No, I never said that account and gave my husband's name" for the SECOND time and she STILL put it in the wrong account.I want an explanation as to why you can't have workers doing their job correctly. It would be different if it only happened once, but this has happened THREE TIMES at the same branch therefore it is no longer just a simple mistake.

My name is Carol Costa , I recently had a major problem with my checking account not my fault but an error by the bank . Yesterday I spent a long time on the phone with a woman who said she would have my problem fixed and call me back when it was done. I heard nothing so I called this a.m and spoke with Dillon told my whole story again and in a matter of minutes he fixed my problem and couldn’t understand why the woman yesterday did not do it ?Dillon is a true professional and I appreciated everything he did for me . SSCU should be proud to have him as employee.Thanks you for your time and again thank you Dillon.

Have accounts with them over 25 years with good money in there 4 accounts tried for a credit card and got Rejected!!!! What ? Probably pulling ALL MY MONEY ? OUT OF THERE...??

I've been with sccu since 1982 and there's never a problem they can't fix. Out of all these years I had a couple of concerns and they solved the issues fast. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Can't express how unprofessional this bank is, customer service at its worst. This bank is only for itself not you, do not invest in this Bank your money is better in your own pocket than handing it over to these con artists. This bank was a complete joke and I will be closing my accounts asap and finding a bank who values my fortunes and isn't there to take advantage or allow fraud to go on and can't stop it, nice WATCHDOG! What's wrong? Were you sleeping? JOKE! Everybody, please watch your money, SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION doesn't!
