Shipped a package in July. Was quoted a guaranteed delivery date. Shipment was late. Agent informed me to reach out to FedEx for refund, FedEx agreed and processed the refund to the business July 29th. Business owner confirmed they saw the transfer pending that week. Have checked back periodically and business owner has not yet provided refund.
Have not received any follow-up calls or emails, since FedEx provided the refund to the business.
I've separately confirmed with FedEx the amount and refund timeline...
Just adding this comment here to caution on any implied or stated guarantees, and that even if FedEx refunds the business, they may not actually refund you. :/

I had papers to mail via FedEx and thankfully this business had a free FedEx envelope to put my pre-printed shipping label on, and the nice young worker made the process super quick and easy.

They are professional and experience shows. Stopped at 2 other FedEx drop sites with nothing. This was super fast and she knew exactly how to take my shipment.

Stay away. Had $15,000 fraud charge from this store. The employee has been known to skim cards from customers. Luckily I had fraud protection but buyer beware of this store.

Had to do a return via FedEx and went here. Unfortunately, found out they can't scan the code I was emailed but I could forward them the email so they could print the return label. Cost me $1 + tax which was better than driving into Melbourne on a Saturday to the main FedEx office that could scan the code sent to me. The girl working there was very pleasant and helpful too, which made the transaction much better. ?

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is horrible and the young kid that works here needs to b fired he’s rude and disrespectful the whole time he was on his phone he does not need to be working with the general public

Don't ever use this place for international shipping. They have no idea what they are doing. I paid 157$ for expedited shipping to Colombia and my package never got out of customs. Apparently there are some restrictions in shipping cell phones. She later admitted she didn't know that. I'm pretty sure it's their job to know that. They represent FedEx but aren't actually FedEx. I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally. So sorry I put my trust in them. Found out later that it would have cost 70 thru post office.

Been here on multiple occasions, fantastic service every time. They're on it every time with printing proofs of purchase/shipping labels, finding correct packaging/protection at fair pricing, informing of other methods that may suit a shipper's need better, and following up with shipping progress if need be. They work with all major shipping companies and some smaller ones. Also have a nice vibe & friendly people. Makes sense why they've been here servicing Palm Bay for a long time (: will be coming back for all shipping needs in the future!

Been there twice, and both times there was a problem, couldn't pick up my package, it was said on my Amazon app that the package has been received and signed by them, but when I go to pick up, no package with my name was found. Not planning to go there again. I have used UPS stores and Amazon Hub lockers several time and never had any problems. They take along time to figure out how to do the service even if it was as simple as printing a receipt for dropping of. I gave 2 stars for because the people were nice and tried to help, but they for sue need training

We have the choice to go elsewhere - it is the friendly service that brings me in - every time. I particularly enjoy the ability to let them package my shipment - saves me time and money and it always arrives on time - as advertised!
