I recently purchased a Mahindra from Crystal Tractor, Palatka. The salesman was Charles Nunery and I have nothing but praise for him. There was no pressure and he found or knew answers to all my questions. The price was reasonable and a fair amount was accorded my trade-in. I had all the time needed to learn the operation of a new tractor different from my previous one because of the team there. Altogether, between Charles Nunery and the team at Crystal Tractor, Palatka, it was an excellent experience. I recommend Crystal Tractor, Palatka, to those purchasing a tractor.

Crystal Tractor goes above and beyond to take very good care of their customers. They have, on several occasions, gone above and beyond to ensure that myself and my family have been very happy with their solutions for issues we have had with our tractors and zero turn mowers. The equipment they sell is excellent in quality and occasionally there are service items that needed to be done. They have always been very professional and again, taken very good care of us. This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with!

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this company. I purchased a LS25 tractor last November (the day before Thanksgiving). I went in a couple of months ago to get warranty service because the mower deck no longer works (and has never worked well). Turns out less than a month after I bought it, they terminated their contract with LS and cannot perform warranty work. The nearest place is Ocala and, of course, I have to figure out how to get it there. I asked if they could come out and do the 50 hour service (which I would pay for) and they agreed to do it the following week. No show and when I left messages for the manager, he never returned my call. Rest assured I will never buy from them again and will share my experience with all. BTW - when I went in they had Bobcats on sale and told me they were terminating that contract the following month. So that told me that they have no problem selling something they have no intention of honoring the warranty on.
