Not sure where my original review from earlier went! Barrington Apts made the request in January to replace balcony door and bedroom windows. They came out TWICE to do measurements said would be done in a month. Then said would arrive 3/20, still NOT Done!Services: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

Every piece of glass was 1/8 inch too long except for one. The last one was almost a whole inch too long! First and last time doing business here.

They are hard to get a hold of and there is only 1 person who can answer questions and schedule you. They were able to come by that day but then I didn't hear anything about a quote until 2 days later and could not get a hold of them. They sent a tech out to install it but the guy installed it on the wrong side (textured was on the outside and needed to be in the inside). The work he did looked ok. So he had to come back a few mins after leaving to fix it. He was pretty upset since he flew into my drive way. Didn't say a word to me when he came back and I was talking to him. Then left without saying a word. Went to go look at the rework and there are caulking smudges all over the glass. So I will be cleaning that up.

I called Bennett glass for a quote to repair a window. It took several tries of calling them before someone answered. I was told someone would likely come out on Thursday (which was 2 days away from the time of my call and fine) and that they would call before arriving. Thursday came and went, no one showed up and I never got a call to reschedule. I tried calling the company several times and no one ever answered. The next time I was in town I actually went to the business, gave them my info again and they said someone would call to set up an appointment. Several days went by and no one ever called. I eventually contacted another company who were able to provide me with an appointment.
