The service today was superb as always. I was in the main service department for a required sensor replacement. Jeremy was in the building and saw my truck in the service area then stepped into the lounge to say good morning. I asked him about a slight twitch in the front end and he comment was “bring it over when you’re done here”, I did and he checked & rebalanced my tires to be sure a problem would not develop. Both sides of my visit were as good as ever. The staff here as always welcoming and working to do the right thing by their clients. Both Micheal Harrison in the main service department and Jeremy Ricks in Quick Lane took great care of me and my Transit. It’s gentleman like this that take care of customers and make them feel welcome that keeps me coming back for service. Peace of mind knowing we will be treated right.

Prior to relocating to Houston, my wife and I and her parents had purchased 8 automobiles from 2 Beck dealerships. Since moving back we hadn't traded for awhile and I was dreading it. I shouldn't have; we had an enjoyable stress free experience with James May, our sales person! Ike took care of the paperwork for us and we were out of there. Very pleased with our car! We would recommend the Beck family of dealerships to anyone!

My wife got a SUV from Becky and they way over charged her for it. $11,000 car for over $30,000. It has already had to have a water pump replaced, she keeps having issues with the push start, and now the battery died. She called about the battery and they said it's not under warranty. She asked why it's not and told them they should still help her out a little since she's paying so much for a used car and they hung up on her. Beck will never get my business again and I will steer everyone I know away from that place. They have screwed us too much. I hope everyone sees through their lies. This business should be shut down with the way they're doing people of this community.

Best sales and finance personnel I have ever experienced in my many years. No pressure..customer oriented. Service already had my business. Jeremy (service) is the reason I chose to go there to purchase. Same caring people in Joel and Ike. Can't say enough about these guys.
