Outstanding! Both the mechanical and customer service were great during my visit here. They did not waste time, they did not try to sell products or services I did not need, but they did do those little extras that another shop may have charged me for. I will be using this location again.

If I could I would give a Zero review. I had to tow our company vehicle to this location because it would not stay running, battery, light, and break light was on. Battery was receiving 10v while engine was running. Our diagnoses was bad alternator. After dropping the vehicle off and Oxfor Firestone having our vehicle for a full day, they called us to pick up the vehicle with "no problems found". Of course I was shocked because it would not start when we dropped it off. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it barely started, the battery light, and break light was on and it would not come out of first gear now and kept stalling. We imediatley went back inside where we were rudely told to take the vehicle to the dealer as they do not work on electrical issues and that they can not diagnose intermitent issues. But it was not intermitent it was bad now. They said we needed to leave and take it to the dealer. We called the dealer and they said they could not schedule for a week. We then brought it to Meinikie in Ocala and they diagnosed a bad alternator and replaced it, and everything is working fine. I called Oxford Firestone to let them know that I was unhappy with the way we were handled and that they should have been able to diagnose, and how rude they were to us. I said we would not bring our vehicle there any more. Their answer was, "OK, great", and hung up. I have never had an experience like this ever, and needed to share my experience.

After going here 3 times for AC work. Which the leak was never found. They replaced a belt for me. The belt cost $100. They got the belt from the same place I did. They would not put the belt that I had new. They charged $150 for a belt that cost $100. I should of used Clifford's in Bellview as they would of installed the belt I brought. I WONT BE RETURNING. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER & I hope people learn from my mistake. DONT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT TO PAY DOUBLE.

I have been a long standing customer of Firestone, beginning in Michigan and now in Florida. I have always found them to be honest and I like the financing available with the Firestone credit card.

We had trouble on the road and this Firestone fixed it. They went above and beyond to find a needed and rare part (I like old cars) and were MORE than fair on the price. Dave in the shop and James at the desk were great. Highly recommend this Firestone.

Every time I have had an appointment they get me in right on time no matter how busy they are and they are always busy. They seem to get things done in a timely manner. They have definitely re-won my confidence in them. James tends to go above and beyond every time I need work done.

My appointment for an AC check was made online, very easy. On arrival at Firestone store I was greeted by James, who explained that because of a job that took a little longer than scheduled, they would get to my car in about 30 minutes. He gave me the opportunity to reschedule if necessary, but as I had time I opted to wait. Very soon, James came in to tell me that he was going to do my AC check himself, as the mechanic who usually does it was still tied up. In addition, I asked him to check my battery charge as I suspected that It might need a replacement. He kept me apprised of his progress and in about 40 minutes I had an AC that worked perfectly and a new battery to replace the one I had since 2021.. James was courteous, professional and went beyond the call of duty to fix my AC problem as quickly as he could while still helping other customers as they came in. I'm very happy I found them.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Extremely over priced. My daughter went in for what would've been 60 dollars in parts and came out with a $700 bill. We told them they were crazy. They still charged $120 for diagnostics even though we told them the issue when she got there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

3 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable...I would not recommend this business
