Sean and his team over at PSI are amazing and their attention to detail, knowledge and personalized service were the deciding factors in my purchase of a midpipe from them for my M3cs. Great guys with a great product that brought the monster out of the M3cs. High quality with a perfect fit and the sound, well let’s just say it turns heads everywhere I go here in Montreal! The midpipe definitely helped breathe life into the S58.

I would like to thank Brad at the Oveido location for his excellent and professional customer service. I had the car lowered on springs. The entire experience was great from drop off to pick up. It is rare to have such great customer service and honest work in the car modification/repair and service industry. Of course, I would like to thank the technician who worked on my car as well. He did a phenomenal job. Thank you Brad for making my experience amazing.
I also would like to thank Alexis for tuning, Dan for ordering parts and the technician who installed an exhaust on my car at the winter park location. They also did a phenomenal job and great customer service. I would not go anywhere else but PSI for my vehicle needs. Thank you and please keep this standard of work and ethics.

I've never been more than happy to drop over 1k on my car before. I knew my car was in good hands and I easily put all my trust into Brad. Absolutely the best customer service. First and definitely not the last time I will bring my car here for servicing. It certainly was a "happy accident" that I stumbled upon this establishment. ?

Brad and the guys at PSI have been nothing but great with me. I was dealing with some alignment issues with some new vehicles I had purchased and while the dealerships were giving me a hard time. These guys took care of my problem for two of my vehicles I will be coming back for any future work that I need, they have earned my business and me as a customer

Shawn,Brad and Alexa are phenomenal!!They were extremely helpful in making the decision to tune my M6 and the support mods to go with it. Very professional establishment and they share the same love for the BMW brand like us fellow enthusiasts. I recently purchased an item on their website, they reached out saying they could not sell me the item at the listed price and instead offered to sell me the same item for $180 more.As a former small business owner, I understand profits and loses, but I also believe in accountability. A customer should not have to pay for the mistakes of a business.While it is your right to make the decision to not honor the listed price, it is my right as a customer to not use this company for any future business dealings.
