Do not let Claire cut your hair. She does not listen and will cut your hair down to nothing and tell you to come back and let someone else fix it.Terrible service. I signed in and was next and she took someone else. I had to bring it to her attention and then was butchered. Very unhappy Oviedo/lockwood location Beware of Claire

Ask for Madison! She was very sweet and wonderful! She did a great job at shampooing, cutting and curling my hair. Very happy! Will come back soon

Today I went in for a haircut and Joyce made my hair look so much nicer and healthier. She was kind the entire time and we had a great conversation. She was very quick too. I hope good things come to her. I definitely will be coming back!

This place gave my son the worst haircut, he's blonde with beautiful hair. He ended up getting bullied at school, to the point his grandmother had to pick him up. Avoid this place at all cost.

The stylist’s always do an acceptable job and I usually have a coupon, however this time the coupon provided by joking your Facebook page was rejected and they further said we don’t honor digital coupons and Great Clips doesn’t have any FB presence. Load full price and left nice tip, but will not return.Service: Haircut

Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I have long hair and asked for a trim. I told the lady who cut my hair to do 1 inch on the back and half an inch on the sides and top. Let’s just say she doubled and maybe even tripled the measurements I told her. I also asked to fix up my side burns. She took her razor and cut up to where my eyes are by my sideburns and completely ruined my hair. She also didn’t cut my hair right either. There is more volume on my right side and less on my left and it looks uneven when I style my hair. Thank you for ruining my hair I’ve grown for the past 2 years Great Clips. Never coming back again, and if you are getting a more complex cut… go to anywhere else but here. AWFUL!

Joyce is truly amazing. I was nervous to get my hair cut and wanted a curtain bang while keeping my length. She cut my hair beautifully while also engaging me in a great conversation.

It's Great Clips, get a haircut and get out. It won't be a memorable experience but you'll get what you came for. Check in before you come and skip the wait. It's a relaxing atmosphere and a breeze to visit.
