Went to get my hair cut, and if I could rate it at 0 I could. Attaching pictures of the way my hair cut ended up after it fully dried. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.
Stylist: I showed her how I wanted to get my haircut, she did not even introduced herself. And the haircut was nothing like I wanted.

Unacceptable, I signed in online and there were 2 lady's working. I walked in and they didn't even ask if I checked in online, I was told to sit down and wait. If you're gonna have an online check in system, make sure your employees check in the system before just taking clients that come in as they show up >:(

This post is for everyone looking for a fantastic hair cut especially Ralph Perry. I found "Emmett". He is at the new salon lofts on Howell Branch next to the Foxtail coffee and across the street from Donut King. Yes, Emmett. Thank God he is doing well and extremely happy. Professionals such as Emmett deserve the best that life has to offer. Not only is he a fantastic hair stylist, he is the kindest soul I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He will take the time to listen to what you want and deliver exactly what you asked for. He is patient, and cares about his job. Amen. ???

I went for a trim and the stylist literally did a botched up job leaving bold spots in 4 areas and took trimmers to each side of my head going in different directions!!!??? This was done on Saturday day before Easter!!! I went back to show the cut to the store manager on Monday so she can see it… she told me there’s nothing can be done until the hair grows back…I waited one month and the store manager evened it out, but did not completed do the whole cut… Today I finally got my style done the way it should of been done in the first place at a different location. Thank God. What a miserable experience I went through with a bad hair cut..felt like getting a wig or just get a bold head, felt so ugly!!! I looked up the reviews on this place and went with the good reviews…. I can’t believe the 4.2 review rating ????

I have been getting my hair cut here for over 2 years (mostly by Emmet because he gave great cuts and was great to talk with). I get the same haircut every time and today for some reason they decided instead of my normal cut, they would just SHAVE my head. I was shocked! Needless to say that will be my last visit there ever. If they were not so concerned with time limits on haircuts, maybe the stylists would have time to actually talk to the clients and get the hair cuts right!

Sad Day for Great Clips lost one of your best Employees Emmett what were you thinking? Figure out a way to keep people of that nature and Work mentality . He could be the owner because most of you are absentee and just for the mighty dollar he's more than that. I will find where he went and broadcast here because he deserves all that business he created for you.Same on you GC!
