This review talks about a mistake and how well it was handled.
While there are many companies that can replace glass, the rubber meets the road when there’s a problem. We had a little scratch and it looked lousy. We contacted the company and they fixed it at no cost to us even though they had to get another company to repair a portion of it. The professionalism in the face of a possible difficult situation was impressive and would result in a referral from me. I encourage you to work with this company. They will be there for you in good times and bad.

What a wonderful experience. Came in with a few cabinet doors, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. They were very patient while I looked at their samples and then Pinterest ?? The turn around time was quick, price was fair, and my cabinet doors that I left with them were obviously treated well because they look just as good as when I dropped them off. Better because now they have glass :) The final product looks fabulous. Thank you!

We recently had the glass on our back patio sliding glass door shatter, and Oviedo Glass promptly and professionally responded. I had reached out to several other companies needing an emergency glass repair, and I was very impressed at how differently Oviedo Glass handled our request.
I have already let coworkers and friends know that if they have a similar situation, I would contact Oviedo Glass first.

I stopped by to order a table top, and the manager provided friendly advice, and the price was much cheaper than when I quoted online, so I was happy. I was especially surprised by the speedy processing as the product was delivered the afternoon after ordering.

Excellent service from start to finish. They installed 3 square windows to replace the ones that had gotten foggy. They also installed a huge mirror in my bathroom at it looks fantastic. They followed up on the order and were quick with the installation. Highly recommend them.

My in-laws had windows installed by Oviedo Glass about 6 months ago. Sarah was amazing, had wonderful communication, gave detailed and transparent estimates, and basically held my in-laws' hand through the whole process. One of the owners even came by to make sure everything was to their satisfaction, which is rare nowadays. The windows are beautiful, look way more expensive than they were, and have saved then a ton of money on their power bill. The only thing they needed to do afterwards was some outside painting, but they planned to do that anyways.I don't understand how another reviewer had a bad experience, because everyone we've spoken to absolutely raves about Sarah's professionalism and attention to detail. Maybe they were the issue, because she is fab!

I spoke with Sarah and she was too busy to give me a call. I was told that it was easier to email her. She then goes on vacation and my project comes to a halt. She tells me she will be back in a day or so. I send an email for when she told me she would return and I wait for an additional week and she sends me a n email to pick up where she left off and tells me she never got the email. I received very poor customer service while shopping for a new door. I would not recommend them.
