“Probably several years overdue but every time I take clothing out of my dresser I remember shopping at Blessings and how kind the 'lady at the counter' was. They even delivered my purchase for a minimal charge. Blessings is a blessing . I've shopped there often over the years & love the new location. Bright and spacious, clean & tidy.”

“Loved the environment and space, Chris is so sweet and filled with occasional jokes that makes you laugh, he gave me this pink brochure that says “Guide to Consignment Shops” within Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton! I bought so many beautiful pieces for great prices. I’m sad I never discovered this place sooner and I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone that I know. One of the best gems I’ve come across since living in Sarasota. ♥️”

“Great used bookstore. Have been going to it for many years. Very friendly and ready-to-help staff. They’ve always kept their prices pretty low, while other stores have upped their’s in recent years.
Always a good selection. Have found some rare gems there. Have probably bought 400 books from them. Highly recommend.”

“This was an amazing store with genuinely unique items. I was very surprised by how big the store was too. The owner (assuming) was incredibly kind and quick to help, all without being an overbearing sales person. The prices are more than reasonable too for how vintage and one of a kind they are. I will be back for sure!”

“Great thrift store , great prices and everyone’s friendly. I love that they have actual thrift stores prices unlike some in the area . Inventory is always changing.”

“Got a really cool piece here, great price, had it cleaned and put touches of muted costal color on it .
Vintage buffet looks like it's costal and weathered it fits the decor in my condo perfectly.
Diane really got my vision, she's cool and a real talent. Check this gem of a place out!”

“I have to say this is my favorite store in town, not only because of the absolute treasures I find, but because of their commitment to giving back to our local arts organizations. What a treasure, and Sarasota Staple.”

“Delightful thrift store with a pleasant staff. Visited twice during my week in Sarasota and came away with clothes (better brands) and jewelry. So happy I was able to stop here”

“I would rate this closer to a 3.5 out of 4…it kind of smelled strange in there which makes me want to leave immediately. With that being said, there are lots and lots of wedding dresses if you are looking for a deal! There was a decent selection of lululemon. Not many great options for designer bags. Overall fair prices and options for men!”

“We've been going to several different thrift stores to furnish our new house. We went to Davis and found a wide selection of items. We didn't buy anything however we will be back to look as they get new inventory. The building is open air so it does get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. Otherwise, there is a lot of good furniture and other items to choose from.”

“Remember when you are purchasing that you are helping a person or family get a home. If you have an issue with "you get it free why do you charge" Remember, that you are kind, you are helping your neighbor”

“When I’m traveling i never know if the goodwill is located in a safe part of town or not. This was a smaller than I’m use to store but in a nice neighborhood. Had an excellent selection and the prices were good and to be expected. There is a “boutique” section that has mostly Chicos and Talbots ect. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean and well organized. I was happy when I saw another customer looking through the brand new rack that was just brought out with stuff to be put away; so I joined in looking and found a gorgeous Frank & Eileen shirt for $6.99. Some goodwills don’t allow that. My only suggestion is PLEASE stop using single use plastic bags. It’s terrible for the environment. They are outlawed in Vermont and we survive just fine without them! The lady was shocked when I asked for no bag and to just carry my items out. Florida has such beautiful beaches, let’s use a little less useless plastic please!!!!”

“Found a real cashmere scarf for $5. Pretty good find. Clothing was a little sparse the day I went and there seemed to be more for the 40+ crowd which is pretty typical for this area. Definitely worth stopping in because you never know what you might find. Staff was very kind and helpful. Will come by again in a few weeks!”

“Great store! The staff takes exceptional care of the clothes and store, which is really nicely organized and decorated. I walked out with 4 items in amazing condition, at an even more amazing price (about $13 total for jeans, a sweater, shoes, and a small decoration. Not kidding.) The staff members are also very friendly and sweet. This place is a gem!”

“It is more than worth my time to send this positive review for Donna Evans with their White Glove service. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service skills and for being so helpful above and beyond in my opinion. I am grateful it was you I interacted with.”

“2 B Kind Thrift Store was voted best thrift store in Venice in the Gondolier this year! Great store. It is now having a 50% off sale. Take advantage. It's small but packed full of goodies.”

“This store is so clean, smells good not stale like other thrift stores. They had furniture, some was brand new or like new & the staff is super helpful & very nice & appreciative when you buy from them! I will return!”

“I really like this thrift store since it's supporting the dogs. They just reopened, since taking over the space next door. It's big and spread out now. Just like every thrift store, some items are a steal and others are priced almost like new. I can usually find something and occasionally find a lot of somethings.”

“Let me start by mentioning is is one of Goodwill's smaller retail stores which might be appealing to those who don't enjoy the larger stores. I personally love them all! That being said, this visit revealed a neat & tidy store. The employees were busy with their tasks but attentive to the front desk when needed. Pleasant & accommodating. They helped a lady get some items that had just arrived that she wanted to purchace. Mad her happy...she was collecting all the plastic bins! Also, the prices were very reasonable! Check it out!”

“So easy to drive up & drop your things off. I’ve taken 3 carloads after a recent move. One time it was pouring rain so I was thankful for that overhang. They have great hours, too.”

“I'm giving this goodwill the full 5 star treatment. Very nice inside and no bad smell. Almost like shopping in a new store without the new prices. On the day we shopped it was half off all green tags. Found clothes and what nots to load into our luggage for the ride to Cali. If I lived in Nokomis I would be a regular.”

“Finally got around to checking this place out. We were greeted by a worker and some wonderful AC. Store is organized and clean, and I managed to score 3 tops and a pair of leather sandals for $12. Not sure if they were having a sale, but the same amount of stuff at goodwill would have been at least $30.”
