I had terrible service! The guy I worked with would only talk to my boyfriend, even though we told him I was buying the car. He even went so far as to ask for my boyfriend's information at the end in case the boss' changed their minds on MY offer.. one of the worst, blatant sexism I've seen in a while.
The car is the 335i that they have in their showroom. They didn't dust it off or put gas in before we came (I understand why they keep little gas in it when it's just sitting, but not even before we came!?). The car has a bunch of rock chips around it and cracking paint on the bumper, which wouldn't have been a big deal if they had been willing to negotiate some, but they wanted someone to come in and take a used care for asking price..
To top this whole thing off, it has the Takata Airbags that have the safety recall on it. For those of you who don't know, Takaka recalled some of their airbags because they shot steel shards out of them when they activated and was killing people. He didn't even bother to mention the recall or even negotiate price.
I would never recommend this place!

I found Smart Choice Autos because I was recommended to check out their website by Perrie Kitching. We found our 2005 Honda Accord on the Website and received the Carfax and additional information through email. They kept every promise and even replaced the battery per request. I was so impressed with the way Jason Parsons, the General Manager had our car delivered 3 hours to Live Oak Florida to our doorstep. The car came as advertised. These guys provided the best customer service my husband and I have ever experienced with the car buying process. It was easy and simple. I recommended my neighbor to purchase her fishing truck from these guys when she visits Daytona Beach next week. We are proud to leave the positive review to help recommend this internet based company!!!

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz e350, I initially met with Perrie , he is a young polite and professional person, he helped me to understand the basics of the Mercedes because he drives one, this was my first foreign car purchase and the electronics are slightly different than American cars. The financing was done easily and swiftly by Jason, the sales manager. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from this dealership as apposed to a big car dealership. The car I purchased was clean and ready to go upon my arrival. I would highly recommend this car dealership, they do not waste your time like the big dealerships do.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Smart Choice Autos in Ormond Beach, FL. The sales agent who assisted me was Jason Parsons. Jason was very easy to work with. I was 3 miles away and he answered each and every question I had about the car. I was hesitant as many used mercedes had tears and wear in the leather. He took many pictures for me and assured me it was in top quality. The vehicle was! The price was right. He was very busy (4 of us buying cars in this small dealership on same day) and he NEVER lost his cool. The owner even came in with his elderly mother to help out and she was very tolerant waiting for all of us. Only issue was I wanted to finance myself and they wanted me to use their bank, but I was able to use my bank after we discussed and all went smooth. There were 2 small issues wrong with the car and they disclosed for me (I would have never know the struts that hold the hood up needed replaced) and they were honest and told me about it. Took a bit off the price to make up for it since I lived 3 hours away and couldn't wait for them to order and fix them. Small dealerships and sales manager that work very hard and put out a great service the old fashion way. Definitely NOT one of those "used car dealers" you hear about, top of the line! Thank you!

I loved this entire experience! My fiance' and I purchased a CLS550 Mercedes from this lot. Both Jason and his wife were patient and courteous. I can't wait to purchase another car.
