Thesr people ruined my life ? don't trust them with your taxes ? they really did a number on us we thought we had someone on our side but they made our situation worse with the irs now we can't retire my husband had to go back to work to pay back the money we owe the irs they advertised us not to pay i said no I'll handle it myself how can you not pay them their going to take my house
.she did care hope it helps someone not to trust these people ?

Sue is a very unprofessional business owner. Called to have taxes prepared in April she tells me $750 on the phone so I pay over the phone. Then get an invoice saying I only payed $490 and owe $560. I've been calling since April and all she does is send me another invoice every month will not return any calls. Also never in the office so they say. I feel like she is just avoiding the truth. And to add to it my quick books already had done most of the work for them

A friend used this service and wanted me to leave this review for her. She was charged 125 dollars for a very simple 3 sentence letter that should have been free since she used them for 2014, 2015 and 2016 taxes. 2016 tax fee and previous years tax fee's were way to high, 2016 at 795!! Since the 125 dollar charge for a 3 sentence letter she has decided to have her taxes prepared by someone else!!
