We were greeted upon entrance. She asked what would we like done and then said “we are busy would you like to come back?” Did not ask if we had an appointment or would we like to sit and wait, just straight to “would you like to come back?”.Then she looked down as if she was looking at an appointment book then said “we are full for the day”. I asked if she took appointments only and she said “No, we’re just busy.” This came across as we are CLEARLY not the type of clients they are looking for. ?
