If you ever feel like Customer Service is a lost art, then you have never dealt with Sarah and the staff at Precision. We recently had quite a bit of work done on one of our cars. Sarah was in constant contact with updates on what the team found wrong and estimates to repair. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, to provide quality work, and to give us the best possible price. Highly recommend!

I was in a jam with bad transmission , they got on the phone found a replacement and in a few days was back up and running ! Their service was prompt , courteous and I want to thank SARA who was extremely professional during the entire transaction .
Not to forget the techs who did a great install !

I recently ordered a heavy duty replacement transmission for my 2019 Silverado after toasting my stock one. I called multiple local shops and Precision Transmission quoted me a competitive rate and quick turnaround time. Chris and his technician's in the shop are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my new transmission was installed and set up to handle my abusive driving style. Chris even took extra time days after the install to fine tune the programming and speedometer settings. Sarah was able to answer all my questions both over the phone and on text messages (which I prefer). She was quick to respond and was a delight to deal with. This was my first need for a transmission specialist and if I ever have a need again, with any vehicle, I will be sure to call Precision Transmission!!

called about an older 1993 GM car not up shifting, Precision Trans gal suggested a $95 diagnosis. I made an appointment with year make and model of car, when I brought it in I was told they don't change transmission fluid on older cars because it may cause new problems, or do electrical related transmission problems. HOW does a mechanic do a transmission diagnostic without dropping the transmission pan thus then having to change the transmission fluid? waste of time !

I called Precision Transmission and talked to Sara about my 1995 F-150; I explained to Sara that I am having problems with my Speedometer not working. Sara gave me a referral to a business that repairs Speedometers and some other great advice also. I would highly recommend Precision Transmission
because of their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. I will seriously consider Precision Transmission if I need any transmission rebuilt. Thank You Sara and Staff at Precision Transmission.

GET A SECOND OPINION before you let them do ANY work on your automobile!I took my car there that only has 86,000 mi on it & the guy proceeded to tell me that I need a whole new transmission for 5 to 6 grand.I took it for a second opinion there’s nothing wrong with the transmission!!!
