Phenomenal customer service experience! I have ordered nearly 20 lowers from Ormond Arms and have always had an amazing experience. The rifles built from their lowers are rock solid and have proven reliable after quite a bit of abuse in the field. As a small business owner myself I can appreciate the level of care I receive from the team at Ormond Arms. When I have had any questions during the order process their team has always been courteous and professional. I will continue to use them going forward and highly recommend them to everyone who asks where my rifles came from. Thank you Ormond Arms for being such a pleasure to order from, I appreciate it!

In a time when items that you are likely to purchase from a place like Ormond Arms is likely out of stock, you hit that order button and take a chance.Without quite thinking about it I ordered an 80% lower from Ormond Arms in the evening. I told my buddy that I placed the order and his response was, "Wait - it was in stock?". Well, I didn't note that it WASN'T in stock when I ordered it, but it happens pretty frequently that a website won't update their inventory when selling online. So, I sent an email to Ormond Arms' customer service address asking if the product was in stock.I got an answer the very next morning that yes, not only was the product in stock - but it was going out that day via USPS.I received my product within three days - to the other side of the nation, in perfect condition!Great communication, great price, easy to order from - this is how business is supposed to be! Thank you, Ormond Arms - I'll be ordering all of my lowers from you!

I ordered an “oem” glock lower parts kit on their website. It is not “oem” it is aftermarket. I have ordered this exact kit from other sights and it is the same one. I contacted them about this appx 2 weeks ago and no response. Be prepared to get non oem parts from these guys. On the plus side they ship super fast.

Terrible company. They will charge your card and not ship for days. When you call to complain they cancel your purchase. Take your business elsewhere these people are a Joke.Order # 1225 I am a real person and was a customer.

This company refused to ship my order to my physical address, and insisted on shipping to my billing address! They charged my card, of course, but they wont send my order! Very unprofessional.

I’ve bought numerous times from OA. Recently I ordered a BCG couple of days ago. Customer service communication is always on point. Shipping is fast and products are quality. I’m recommending this company hands down.

Good customer service, speedy and thorough. Fast shipping and easy to work with. Seems everyone is happy with the product and shipping, only thing to remember is billing address must match shipping address. Not a big deal but that seems to be the only flack that they have received. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Amazing group of people. From the lady I initially spoke with to the gentleman that answered all the rest of my questions. These guys have earned my business for the rest of my life on any parts that they have. If you want a company that will treat you like family, answer questions and take the time to make you feel comfortable with your purchase, these guys are your choice. 10 out of 10 would recommend again and again and again. Me and my family just bought many different parts from ormond arms including the the rifle and pistol kits. The shipping as mentioned in other reviews was extremely fast. The builds we completed are solid good. Me and my family can recommend ormond arms as a good company.

I've been trying to buy some lowers past couple of days and almost every website I came across was out of stock or had some crazy 20 to 30 day shipping time. This was my first time buying from Ormond Arms managed to buy 5 pack 80 lowers. It's miracle that they had a product and IDK how but it shipped to me in 3 days ? ?
