Great customer service, coupled with subject expertise, is a rare commodity in today’s service-oriented world. When my wife and I moved to Florida, one of the first decisions we had to make was did we want service providers with great customer service or did we want to work with folks who were experts in their business. Luckily, when we chose Hale, McGee & Associates to meet our accounting and tax preparation needs, we got the best of both worlds. Hale, McGee provided top notch advice regarding our financial situation, and also prepared our tax returns with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness. We were so positively impressed with the Hale, McGee work ethic and focus on professional quality that we continued to work with the firm long distance when we moved out of state. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough about the excellent work that Hale, McGee provided to us, and their efforts to exceed expectations are exemplary.

Hale McGee & Associates has been our accounting firm for over 25 years. Their professionalism is top notch. The staff is very personable and friendly. If we have questions or concerns, they respond promptly. We use them for our corporate taxes and accounting. Some of our staff use them for their personal taxes. I would highly recommend them.

I unexpectedly had a situation arise with the IRS that needed immediate attention and Hale McGee was recommended to use. I was pleased with the helpfulness and prompt service I received. The staff is excellent and I will continue to use them for all my accounting needs.

Terrible service... Met with Hale McGee on 5/16/18 at 4pm Asked Hale to evaluate my 2016 & 2017 corporate tax data and give me an estimate of the cost and time frame to audit books. After 7 days, no one emailed or contacted us. On 5/22/17 at 11am, went Hale McGee's office to pick up accounting as we have hired a CPA and bookkeeper with much better customer service. Receptionist handed us the fold with no explanation.
