She does not deserve even 1 star. She is a disgrace to the name Clark. Her husband was a good man. She has really disgraced everything he worked for.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! She is not even a real CERTIFIED CPA - she is using another CPA's # and will charge you double. By the way this is completely illegal, and I have reported her. Cause it will cost you and your family, business in the end. At my $150 "consultation" I was met by a haggard woman, who was late, and proceeded to doze off during our conversation. She would constantly repeat herself as well. I should have walked out - I regretfully did not. She had been drinking, and come to find out from other people who had used her services...this was a problem for her. Since I had given her 3 years worth of paperwork, I decided to stick it out and avoid paying another fee from a different CPA. I would have to actually text her and even call to remind her to send me things, have paperwork printed so I could sign, etc.. and this went on for months.Like... this is what I pay you for??? Right? Listen People - I went and seen her at the beginning of Feb. 2019 she didn't have my taxes ready to file until JULY!!!!! She also wanted to charge me $375 for one year tax return and $600 for the others! A little steep for a small business that only brings in $1200 a month, but I was all new to this, and agreed to the invoice, however was under the impression it came out automatically from my return. When she explained to me that the fees needed to paid up front, I told her that there was no way I could afford that and she agreed to let me p[ay her in full once my refund had been sent to me. I gave her my word, and had every intention on paying her. Now, awaiting my refund, weeks have passed and now we need some sort of "PIN number" Went through the hassle with the IRS, ended up having to file a paper return, was what I was told. Went up to the office to sign the paperwork, was assured there was nothing else I needed to do. I asked like a million times. (Mind you this is now Sept and we still have no refund) 8 weeks pass and I call the IRS. They tell me they do not have a refund for me processed anywhere, it HADN"T EVEN BEEN SENT! Now I'm livid. I call Theresa, and she has the nerve now to tell me, we were supposed to send off the return, and she's not doing anything until I pay her! ....completely disregarding our agreement made in July. I went off and hung up on her. She then responds with " Don't have to get all junkie town on me" implying I'm the one with an addiction. Cute.(see pic below) *** Want to hear the best part? My return had a man's name on it last name Miceli. Not hers!!!! I questioned her about it and she said, "Oh that's just my business partner, he helped me with your return". I shrugged and thought nothing of it. Until, come to find out...she paid him $400 and is now charging me $975 (hmmmm... don't think she's trying to cover costs here?) Because she does not have an actual CPA number. They are all required to have one. So she pays her crooked partner in crime to use his, and then charges you extra to cover herself. Really nice huh? BTW...COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. The story ends with me finding a new CPA, named Josie, for $300, all filed and sent off the very next day, and $20 more dollars added to my original refund amount. If you want a referral for her - I would be overjoyed to send you to her.

Teresa is an amazing accountant and I would gladly recommend Florida accounting to anyone. I've personally seen the study and ambition she puts in to her clients and have nothing but ott most respect for her.

I have been a client of Florida Accounting for over 35 years off and on due to my living in North Carolina or Fla. for extended periods of time, due to my job/personal needs. NC has State/Fed taxes that can sometimes be challenging, figuring out the rules. When you have lived in Fla. without State taxes it can get confusing. So no matter which state I need to file in, they have always been there to un-complicate the matters for me. Whether I am personally dropping off my taxes or mailing them to Florida Accounting, I still get personalized and professional interaction in person or on the phone. There have never been any issues or late filings in 35 years of service. They have my complete confidence and trust. The co-owner notified me of her husbands recent unexpected death and assured me Fla. Accounting will continue to care for my accounts as before. There may be some changes temporarily adding new employees in the height of tax season to assist with the extra load due to her husband's death. But if there are any problems or questions they can not answer, or she is out of the office assisting other clients with their taxes, to please call her immediately, anytime 24/7. Now that is what I call professional service. She will continue to still completely oversee my tax transactions with the same diligent care she has for many years. I find her to be very human and understanding my concerns, since taxes are a foreign concept for me, she explains in ways I can understand. Her billing has been more than fair, especially since I always have a lot of questions. I was shocked and sad to hear of the death of her husband (whom I adored) but I truly admire that she is committed to continuing the work and legacy of a business they built together for 35 plus years. That is what I call a strong woman. That is truly the model of business I want to continue dealing with. There are so many businesses that raise there prices for single divorcees(myself) and not once have I ever felt I was being treated different or unfair. I have referred many clients over the years and never regretted it once. I Strongly recommend Fla. Accounting to anyone needing tax or accounting assistance.

I have not met this person but I had the misfortune of hearing her conversation with employee via speaker phone. She is NOT A NICE PERSON. Awful foul language and with holding paycheck simply because she's upset with employee and can not give reason as to why. This is not the behavior becoming a professional business woman. There's a lot more but that would say it all if I was the one reading this.

I wish I didn't even have to leave 1 star! The real CEO died in December of 2017 which is very sad. His wife owns it now and has no idea how to run the business. She is very unprofessional, drinks all day and night and treats her employees/clients like garbage. If you trust your bank statements and personal information with her, you'd be a fool.

The so called owner of this business is completely unprofessional. She is an alcoholic who curses at her employees and withholds checks when she disagrees with you. She always has to file extensions because she is too drunk to get the work done on time. I would never get my taxes done here.
