The level of professionalism was at a 0. I was greeted by a young blond with thick black framed glasses whose perkiness was overdoing it for me. I asked for the service I wanted by she talked over me while I tried to make sure she understood the specific request I had--- after being to a few local studios I understood places won't do what I wanted --- and I wanted a gel polish soak off done the old fashion way, a slower way with a coarse filer and specifically not a drill being used and requires usually two foil wraps over the tips. Eventually I got out what I wanted to say. And the blonde reassured me "yea sure we can do that.... we can do that...of course." But then the nail tech was a woman who had been looking at me like I had interrupted her when I walked in and was bothering her. Blonde girl explained to her what I wanted. But I was pretty confident she wasn't listening. But she ccepted me. I tried to explain what I wanted to make sure she was ok with it, told her id pay more if needed and tip well for her time, and she too talked over me and said "OK ok" without listening. She didn't direct me to where to pick out polish even, just got up hastily after telling me to pick a color I wanted. I spent several minutes choosing a color, they didn't have many to choose from for regular polish, which is what I was transitioning to from gel. A good 10 mins for all of this, the first minute making sure I could even get the service I wanted before wasting my time. The gel polish had been done incorrectly and was peeled away on most of my nails too and lifting elsewhere I should add (less soak off time). As soon as she finally returned she said "we use drill, I can't do it if not..." literally as if it's impossible and never done before. And she just said "no, no ... I can't do it like this." So I got up and told the blonde girl what was happening expecting her to advocate since she acted like she was in charge of coordinating this. Her following responses were like told from hotair. She had the most condescending smirk and said "I did tell her to do it...oh she won't do it?OK...well I didn't know she wasn't going to do it." With these replies and 0 attempt to resolve the issue or serve the customer, or do anything, I suspected she isnt in charge. I told her I think you must not be in charge, who's in charge here? And with the same rude look, fake smile, and condescending voice, she smacks her lips and nods her head matter of factly while saying "My mom is." Like what? That right there had me taking a double look thinking she must not even be old enough to actually be working. I was very polite, but nobody I dealt with earned any respect. At that point, I was dealing with someone literally clueless and I just left quietly. The hideous behavior needs to be called out. I wish more people left reviews so I'd of been better warned.

The woman who did my nails was very sweet and easy to chat with. She did a wonderful job making sure that my nails looked spotless! Other nail salons I have been to would just leave some of the paint on the edges of my cuticles knowing that it would just wash off, but the woman who did my nails made sure that no paint was on my fingers except the nails. The girl at the front desk was very nice as well. She greeted me with the biggest smile as soon as I walked through the door. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Blonde hair lady in back does great nails. She sits in the left back station. She gets a 5 star. Vibe from tiny lady as you walk in straight negative. Not a greeting. She should stand in corner and maybe wash the towels. Negative energy can be be ignored.

The girl did a very bad job. Didn't listen to what I wanted to over Chargefor something that I did not receive. And I am calling the bank to let them know what a poor pitiful place.

The nail tech was not very friendly. Once she knew I was getting the basic mani / pedi without an upgrade she never spoke to me again! Worst manicure I have ever had. The tech spoke to another tech that was working behind her the entire time she worked on my nails. She did not speak to me once. The tools she used on my nails were dirty, the emery board was grossly dirty. After she finished filing and cleaning my nails she sprayed them with water, wiped them then added the polish. I have NEVER been to a spa that didn't have you was your hands before applying polish. The very little amount of lotion she used was from an open pouch that hardly had any left. The amount of lotion used was so small that it didn't cover my arms and hands. I had to come home wash my hands and apply my own lotion. She didn't massage my hands nor my arms. I will NEVER go back again! Dirty and very unfriendly!
