I was referred to the salon by a neighbor. I will start off by saying the nail tech that did my nails (pink & white old school), She does an amazing job.
The first time I went I didn’t think they were overly friendly, but they weren’t rude. Just typical customer service anymore. The second time I had an appointment. Due to traffic I was going to be a few minutes late. So I called to see if they needed me to reschedule or could I come on in? They told me to go ahead and come on in. When I got there. I apologize profusely because I never want to be a person to inconvenience anyone. My nails Looked amazing. I scheduled an appointment for three weeks, the nail tech asked me if I would be on time this time. That really hurt my feelings. I called, I apologized repeatedly, and I gave you additional tip and said I was, to make up for my tardiness. I just thought that was rude and passive aggressive.
Fast-forward three weeks. I have a 9:30 AM appointment and I am sitting in the parking lot at 9:20. Answering a few text & emails. At 9:30 I began walking in the store when my phone rings. I didn’t answer, I walked in and said hi are you calling me? The gentleman said to me they wanted to make sure I was going to show up and be on time.
I didn’t find any need for that remark. I have been to the salon Only the three times I mentioned.
The thing I want to say about this is you never know what someone is going through in their life. They may be coming to your salon for the one Nice thing that they do for themselves. Is that how you want to treat your customers? Rude, passive, aggressive, dismissive?
I began weeping because if I don’t say something, I cry. She asked me if I was OK and I told her no. She asked if I was upset with her and All I could do is shake my head no. I didn’t want to be confronted about feeling as if I was being treated rudely.
I made another appointment to come back. But after thinking, I’ve decided I don’t need to support rudeness. That I have a right to be treated the way I treat others.
They have very talented techs there. The salon is always very clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced for below average services. Of course if you want to get your nails done by unsanitary tools and probably get a fungus infection you are at the right place. I got my eyebrows waxed and I walked around looking surprised because they didn't wax them correctly. Thank goodness I was able to pencil them in. The atmosphere is rude when they start speaking in their native language and laughing just know that it's not a compliment

Rude staff, you would think spending $150 on just nails you would get friendly people, but they were all very unfriendly and need to learn customer service. I will never spend my money there again, too many other places to choose from

Rude staff, hard to understand when you spend 3 figures just for nails, not friendly at all, looks like I will spend my money elsewhere, lots of good places to choose from

I been going here for seven months since I have moved here. I have tried all but one of the nail techs and overall I have not been impressed. I have asked each time for coffin and still get square or uneven nails. But today took the cake. I will not be going back. The man cut me several times and was rough, he did an extremely poor job. When I expressed how the job was and showed what was wrong and was told ten minutes I fix. Which what he did I knew wouldn’t work and then had to be told by another nail tech I fix ten minutes. An hour and twenty minutes of being there my nails was done, the shape was wrong, and there was still issues with clear and paint on my skin and sides of nails. Over all one of the worst nail experiences I have had in years. I should have walked away before the I fix because the I fix was just as bad.

Absolutely amazing!!
I had recently gotten my nails done somewhere else and was unhappy with the results. I went to diamond nails and asked if anyone could do a shape up, polish change & special design work and they got me in same day!
The first photo is the inspo pic i showed and the second photo is what she did! I couldn't be happier! Will definitely be going back

Never got a chance to have a service done. The man on the phone said they don’t do gel, just acrylic. Hmmm….?

Friendly and amazing service; loved my technician. Above all - they were able to accommodate my friend and I at the same time with no questions asked. Moreover, they went above and beyond to accommodate my request that was not on the ‘offerings.’ Loved my service and definitely will be back.
