“My daughter wanted her own bank account and debit card, so I made an appointment. The only critique I’d have is that we had to wait 15 minutes, but after that our visit went smooth. Manager Jenny Whitehair guided us through the process, answering any and all questions and concerns we had. She approached my daughter in a very personal manner, making this an official yet exiting step into the grown up world. Signing with her autograph, her own PIN number and her choice of debit card design. My son didn’t want one at first, but getting inspired by all this, he changed his mind and wanted an account and card for himself as well. Jenny did a great job making this a milestone for them both, and Bank of America now has 2 fresh new customers ??Ps I’d suggest to make an appointment instead of walking in and I’m sure you’ll receive excellent customer service.”
