I arranged to make a move and paid the down payment. I later found that their services weren't what I expected or needed. When I asked to cancel (within the contract cancellation period) the "owner" would not cancel the move and said that he was not going to return my deposit. He questioned why I was cancelling and did not agree with my reason and therefore would not cancel the move. This caught me by surprise because I don't answer to anyone, nor do I have to explain myself to them or anyone else. The cancellation was within 72 hours of the deposit transaction and longer than 7 days before the move as required in the contract. I found the owner to be unprofessional and argumentative. Watch out for these guys!

I meant to update this back when it happened. The Owner righted the wrongs of the driver that showed up who tried to rip us off. The owner was pleasant, understanding and just as upset as us it appeared, at the fiasco. Great company, we just had a rough start through no fault of theirs.Service: Senior moving

The rep from this company called in response to a moving quote submitted through United Van Lines. When I let him know I already chose another competitor, he became aggressive and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from someone in customer service. Argued with me about the other company without even knowing the name. No thanks--not a good first impression at all. If I could give you less than 1 star I would.

They took my money, and they stole my stuff. I think their company shut down. They don't answer the phone or call back. It has been over a year, and I never got my stuff and never got my money back.

They never called to let us know the movers weren’t coming, I called the company all day to find out a time and was given the run around, after 5:00 I called again and finally told they can’t make it and we’re closing on our house tomorrow!!Unprofessional! Stay away from this company!

Estimated me at around $3400, ended up being around $6k. Damaged a storage door on pick up, had less than the promised amount of people, I had to help them for hours when they said I wouldn't need to do anything. Upon arrival they made a wrong turn, wouldn't drive close, charged me as a result, delivered some damaged items and one completely lost. Wouldn't refund their poor service or driving. Hung up on me as I told them this was poor customer service. Never using them again and I suggest you find another MUCH more trustworthy team.

They took my bissel cross wave and never brought it to my house where we moved. The price increased the day they got there by an extra 5000. I get you pay by cubic feet but instead of having people send you a list of what they r bringing you send someone out to do actually quotes so this isn’t a problem. But yeah they lost my 200 dollar vaccuum my guess is one of them stole it but will never know. I had to threaten them just to send me the info to make a claim. Do not use this company they r bad

Beware of this company it is a scam look them up on the BBB site these 5 and 4 star reviews are not official . On the better business bureau the just formed 3 years ago all negative complaints it shows how people things were damaged and missing they don't have an actual location its a scam a ring of random people dishonest at that are ripping of customers they EVEN LEFT A A DOCTOR TO THE VETERANS IN THE SAME BAD PLACE read the BBB review go on google type in BBB click the like type in A Plus Moving and Storage the armband FL location and read the reviews these google reviews are fake this is the first review thetis real and honest i myself smell a class action law suit

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life!!! Do not be deceived by all these “5 stars”... They wrote them all by themselves. We had a move from California to South Carolina. After you give your deposit than you’re screwed. We had to wait 60 days to receive our stuff when it was a 1 day and a half drive. Please save your time and money because this was the most frustrating hell I have ever experienced!!! (Please do not get tricked by this company with giving your deposit) I PROMISE you will regret using this company!

I definitely made the right choice in moving companies with A-Plus Moving & Storage. From their sales/service group, customer service professionals to the first class movers, they all were dedicated to what my needs were and made the loading/unloading process less stressful. Our movers were very attentive and helpful with our needs and they went above and beyond to assist us. Their attention to detail was outstanding and their quality of work was much appreciated. Thanks again to the entire A-Plus Moving & Storage team and would highly recommend their professional services.

I was so impressed with A-Plus Moving & Storage. They packed and moved us over two days and were the most professional and efficient movers I ve ever used. Crew was friendly and so careful with our belongings. They even moved things around to ensure I was happy with my chosen placement of furniture. I highly recommend them and will only use them for my future moves. Thank you for a wonderful and stress free experience!

We had to make a pretty big move quickly. I didnt have time to shop a round I had heard commercials for A-Plus Moving & Storage so I took a chance. It was truly a great experience from the first phone call to when the truck pulled out. First class operation . Use this company and worry about something else. Awesome job!!!!!

Moved from NY to MI, they said it would take 5-7 days for it to arrive. It took over two weeks. We just started unpacking our things (we then put stuff into a storage since our house was not ready) all the boxes were damaged, even the fragile with arrows pointing up where loaded upside down. Multiple glass things that were bubble wrapped were broken since they didn’t follow the FRAGILE ^^ signs. We also just unpacked our TV’s and they are BOTH broken.Service: Interstate moving
