I sent gifts for my son kids before school started until now they hold in custom office !!! In Germany
Because they say. information missing the lady there she let me right down my form 2 times
Before I sent for my son no problem at all? And this time I did same
She told me it’s Rong!!! Then I right down again same what she said
And now school open and kids are not getting the gift
I try to call no answer I can’t go there because I’m working
Every day kids call me to ask me where is my gift
Anymore can tell me what I have to do please

Another fail by USPS. Package that has a destination to Florida, makes it to Florida then ships it back out of the state and delayed yet another delivery!

I stopped by to renew my passport and Arturo was extremely friendly and helpful. He took my passport pictures all while smiling and being so pleasant and courteous. Thank you Arturo for making this experience a pleasant and smooth one.

Useless. Amazon would be able to handle the mail more efficiently and it would be cheaper. Useless!

Would give no stars if I could. Came in for passport appointments and Felix was extremely rude. My husband asked if there was a restroom and he has a real bad attitude about it. Before that I had went up to the counter and he yelled at me because he had forms on the counter I didn’t see. I apologized and continued to wait. My husband then did proceed to give him an attitude back then Felix got upset saying he wasn’t going to serve us because he didn’t feel safe lol.. Don’t dish out what you can’t take . Manager and other staff members tried to be helpful , I didn’t really care to do the appointment with someone like that anyways. One thing for sure is quit your job if you’re going to be a miserable person. Felix definitely shouldn’t be in the service industry if you can’t ask him if there’s a restroom lol. Yes my husband did cuss him out and that was well deserved , he was telling us now we were going to wait forever because my husband gave him attitude and proceeded to take people who came in after our scheduled appointment . I work in the customer service industry and know how people should be treated . If my husband was wrong I would let him know. Anyways yes little Felix refused our service lol but we were still able to get everything we needed done elsewhere with better service. I don’t recommend this location at all .

Open Sunday! The great thing about this location is that they are open on Sunday's. Been great for those must ship items that you don't want to wait until Monday to take care of.

Customer service is non existent. Employees are lazy and rude. For the size of that post office location there should be more clerks available to attend the public. It's no wonder the post office is going downhill. Packages don't get scanned in a timely manner. Would give negative stars if possible. Only go there because the post office on Wetherbee Rd is even worse.
