Josefina has been doing my hair for 8 years now and she is the BEST. Josefina is so thoughtful, kind, and most importantly she continuously evolves and takes classes to learn new skills/techniques/practice with new products despite having many years of experience. She’s very easy to get along with and always keeps the client’s happiness and hair health as top priority!! She is a gem and worth a visit especially if you are blonde - that’s one of her specialties!! Also she’s great with “fantasy color” - she’s a great stylist to go to for both regular hair color maintenance or if you want a pop of fun color ?

This Ulta store is the best. My daughter had a blow out and flat ironed by stylist Kelisha this past weekend and it was awesome. Manager Vanessa was super nice and hooked my daughter up. Kelisha provided great info on how to care for my daughter's hair type and was super nice. I would recommend this store and Kelisha to everyone. We had a great experience!

I booked a hair appointment over a month in advance ahead of time for an event I was attending. I received a reminder text confirming my appointment the day before. I showed up to the salon for my appointment and was told the stylist no longer works there. No one called to let me know, no one called to reschedule my appointment, and when I showed up they told me there was nothing they could do and they could not fit me in. I am now trying to scramble to find a hair appointment before my event, which could have been avoided if the salon practiced good business and called to let clients know about these things ahead of time instead of having to show up and be told last minute too bad for you. Terrible business practice. Find somewhere else reliable and who cares about their customers.

I went in looking for a new moisturizer and sunscreen as I have just moved to here from out of state and my skin was tragic. I spoke with Rachel (i think she’s a manager per her name tag) and she was so sweet and helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of different price points to choose from. I ended up going with the peach and lily starter set and after using it last night and this morning, I can already feel a difference. Also grabbed Blue Lizard facial sunscreen per her recommendation and i love it as well. Thank you so so much Rachel!! Also, i love your hair, it’s so pretty!!

If you have curly hair please beware what stylist you use to do your hair. Our stylist relocated out of state and recommended one stylist in particular. Told me not to use the African American because she would damage my 10 year olds hair. Why i listened to her idk, however i brought my daughter in here Friday night and the stylist flat ironed her CURLY WET HAIR! My daughter’s hair looked horrible! While she was doing her hair i asked “ are you going to blow dry it first? she says no i use this blow bar glass gloss and you can flat iron without blow drying. I’m so livid with myself for not getting up and asking for the manager but, once she noticed that i was upset she pulled out the blow dryer. The next day i came in and showed the salon manager my daughters hair and she said “ not to do her hair and to hold off on blow drying or flat ironing it”
My daughter acts and had a film to do, which is why i was getting her hair done. We missed that opportunity. Although the manager offered a free wash and blow next time, i don’t even trust these people. We woke up two days later to my daughter’s hair breaking off. Her hair was literally FRIED! Please avoid this location if you care about your hair!
Mine ended up smelly burnt after my hair appointment! Literally can smell it everywhere i go. The stylist used soooo much hair spray my hair is super fine and it was so stiff afterwards! I’ll never ever ever let them touch my hair or daughters ever again! I’m almost positive i have heat damage. I have super fine hair and she used a lot of heat and was so freakin ruff flat ironing my hair! I will never come here again.

My fiancé and I went in to try out perfumes and colognes to have new scents for our upcoming wedding in November and Seth helped us out. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He was so enthusiastic and gave us GREAT suggestions based on what notes we liked and even recommended some of his favorites. He made the experience a 10/10!!

I was on a time crunch! I had to grab 7 items all over the store I had no idea were to even begin but he seen me immediately and came straight to help and I couldn’t be anymore grateful!

Came in for a haircut with Josefina. She is literally the sweetest person! Her smile is so infectious and she’s a great hairstylist as well. She has over 20 years experience and loves what she does. Most stylist rush the hair washing part of the service. Josefina made it so relaxing and took her time which I appreciated so much. I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair style and she listened and did exactly what I asked for! I will definitely return to have her do my hair again.
