This customer service absolutely sucks. That curly-haired girl at the register was checking out other clients over us, even though we were there first?! And don't even get me started on the lack of assistance in the fitting rooms. I'm never, ever buying from there again.

Worst customer service ever!!, the guy with the hat that calling himself manager treats customers like they are garbage, came to buy before they close and got the answer “we did enough money today i don’t care if you will buy or not”, didn’t let me try the clothes on and talked us in very not nice way.The clothes are fine but the service is the worst one I’ve ever had

Worst costumer service ever!!!! The guy was rude, fitting rooms was closed by his decision. Said “I don’t need more clients already sold made enough money for today” and kept talking to himself about us. Will never go in to this store again. I was not able to try on anything and even guys that were there and wanted to try shirt he didn’t agree outside the firing room and was really mean to us and other customers

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was helped by a man named Jordan I was told. I am shocked at the experience and service I received at the premium outlets location PacSun. I came in to get a store credit for items I purchased right before the pandemic that caused malls and stores to close. I had the items in the bag, perfect condition with receipt and tags. The employee at the desk, Jordan, appeared to have worked at another pacsun previously based off the conversation I heard him having with his co-worker. I was not in a rush at all and had no problem, he rang up the 2 items I was returning and they came up at a fraction of the price I paid. I asked him to clairify if that’s what I would be getting back and he said yes. I asked why that was since I had my receipt and paid wayyy more for the items. His co-worker told him I was to receive the price I paid on the receipt. Jordan spoke to me in a VERY aggressive and extremely rude tone for no reason. He was slamming the pen, aggressively crumpling up my receipt and slamming the return paperwork on the checkout desk. I continued to treat him kindly and told him to have a good day, I didn’t even get a response. I was straight out scared!!! This is my first time ever receiving this type of customer service especially at pacsun. I didn’t even shop in the store and left because of this employee.
