I went to the store specifically looking for information on cars (strollers) the store has everything it is very organized and I actually loved it it has everything you could need for a baby BUT they made me feel less the customer service was horrible they never approached me Although there were several employees available around the store, when I finally approached one, I specified that the only thing I needed was all possible information about cars, no matter the brand or price, and she only talked to me about brands, she didn't elaborate on anything, she was just focused. In a Brazilian couple who were interested in a Nuna brand car that was the same one I wanted to see, they were only offering me special clearance products and even telling me that I could pay in installments and only give 20% without me asking, as if giving to understand that I couldn't buy something right away, I was very excited and I had a very bad impression. The worst thing was when I left I went to ask about where I could get the primo brand car seats and the employee looked at me as if confused, she didn't know what brand it was when I pointed to the car and he said ahhh, cousin passi, looking at me from top to bottom, it's like you know what I'm talking about, I just didn't say the complete brand, what a shame, I can confirm this because I was in the store for more than 2 hours and I could see the difference between other clients who came in, the treatment was very different specifically with the Brazilians. I write this with all good intentions because I actually really like the store but customer service is KEY in any sale whether or not you have the feeling that the customer is going to buy or not that day.
