The service is terrible here. Twice I went inside asked for a freshly made Original Chicken and that I would be willing to wait the 15-20 minutes. They made me wait then gave me a soggy pattie that's been sitting there anyway. They did this twice very dissatisfied and disappointing because I loved BK since I was a kid......
