I purchased the two piece sofa loveseat great reclining set and there are pieces missing it doesn't recline you have to physically pull it all the way out to actually recline.

My fiancée and I are building our new home and have spent months trying to find the right furniture for our living room. We are going for a French Country feel with a Glam twist. Think French country estate, not french farmhouse. We had nearly given up, when we found French Furniture Orlando! The Owner, Isaac, and his son Nathan, were great! Isaac was extremely helpful and very patient with us. My fiancée could not decide on the fabric and he helped us to find the right selection to match our other furniture and feel of the décor. He even offered up suggestions that would save us money, rather than what most companies do and try to upsell you to spend more. The furniture is made in Italy and will take 4-6 months to arrive, but it is worth the wait! What does a few months matter when you have a beautiful, unique and quality piece that will make a statement in your home and you will enjoy for 20 year to come?! So far, our experience with French Furniture Orlando has been exceptional! I will update this post in 4-6 months once I receive the furniture and let you know how I feel then. But so far....so GREAT! Thank you Isaac for a wonderful experience!

Very unsatisfied customer , the design are gorgeous and like the style but it’s very pricey and too long wait time just to get a customized color , I had to wait 5 months and they promised and guaranteed they could customize a color (black) but the headboard doesn’t match at all the other parts of the bed pieces it was deep chocolate brown and they wouldn’t cooperate to try to get it matched the correct black color and yes they asked me for a refund but I just wanted to get it color corrected but they refused ! They send me there customized furniture color designer who they use phone number but they will not pay it ! I’m very upset how they didn’t want to help me and to keep me as a happy customer! I could of accepted the refund but I didn’t cause I trusted they were fix the color but I guess they didn’t care enough , my mistake that business comes first ! FYI make sure they could actually guaranteed something before you purchase and read the reviews first or shop around ?

Be aware I was in the Orlando furniture/accessory business and I checked their website. VERY MISLEADING. I know for a 100% FACT much if not all their supposed "Italian, French" furniture is made in Mexico of polystyrene and other NON WOOD materials and PAINTED in "mahogany" "walnut" gold, ivory/gold PAINT, NOT hand applied gold leaf or carved wood as their video depicts, and the rest of their furniture, IF wood, is Asian made. REAL Italian, French wood, gold leaf, walnut. mahogany furniture would cost MINIMUM 5 TIMES & MORE their prices. They throw in a few Italian made accessories to give the appearance their furniture is European.ALWAYS ask where the pieces are MADE, and if REAL WOOD and if they claim Italy, France, real wood, get it GUARANTEED IN WRITING or you get a FULL REFUND.

some misunderstandings in the beginning but French furniture done everything to the best of their ability to address any concerns I had. Beautiful, lovely, elegant pieces and I will be returning and definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

I recently purchased my dining room set from French Furniture Orlando, and I must say the customer service was exceptional! The owner and his staff were incredibly friendly and answered all my concerns regarding the piece. They were very punctual with their estimated delivery time and extremely helpful with whatever concerns I had. I would definitely recommend buying furniture from here! 10/10

I was very skeptical at first because the prices were very high on the furniture in that store (thousands of dollars) but I went out of my comfort zone and finally decided that I wanted to buy something very nice for myself. I purchased a furniture set that I really liked and when they went to deliver it On Saturday I quickly regretted my decision. One of the tables was so damaged to the point that it was broken and they rest of the furniture was so scuffed up and ruined. The delivery guys assured me that they’d fix it all and get me the same table I paid for. I got pictures of it all and have been calling and calling for days. Even tried to reach out to them through their Facebook Page, and nothing. All this furniture has already been paid for and I am still left without one of my tables and the paint on my furniture is all scuffed up down to the wood. I took pictures of it allllll the day it happened but I still have yet to get a resolution. Honestly it’s a sad experience to see how hard you can work for your money and how quickly it can be ill spent. So now I am out of my money, a marble end table that I paid for, and left with furniture that looks 2nd hand and all scuffed up.
