Beware of the warranty! We had the table less than 6 months and while having a fire there was a loud pop and we found the table cracked. We contacted them and they told us the table was out of warranty because "The warranty starts for the date we sold the table to the dealer (Juniper and The Pool People) ." I never heard of such a thing.

From start to finish, a great experience. My first contact was with Shawn. He was VERY helpful and gave me excellent advice/reasoning to help me make my decisions on size, etc. I then worked with Karen to finalize everything, and she was excellent also. The purchase was smooth and uncomplicated. I love everything about my new granite fire-tainment. I purchased the upgraded granite in Black Pearl (3cm vs 2cm), and the grey base. I love the glass wind screen - I highly recommend purchasing one of those. The packaging was above and beyond. My ONLY issue, and not sure there is a resolution, the granite is very heavy. Two old people could not lift it to take it to the back deck. Luckily, I have strong younger friends, and even they struggled with the weight. I wish there was a 'white glove' option for setting up the firepit on delivery. I highly recommend this company and their wonderful fire-tainment. You can't call it a firepit, it is much classier than that.

I rarely leave online reviews, but I am making an exception in this case because our experience with Firetainment was so positive. The fire table we ordered looks great. Shawn was extremely helpful in providing guidance to be sure we purchased the correct table. Once the order was placed he was extremely helpful in arranging delivery and installation. At every step of our interaction with Firetainment I felt they were striving for 100% customer satisfaction.

Just got my Fire table and we absolutely love it! It is perfect for entertaining! We even got the wine holder add on and the cooktop! Talk about date night at home! 10/10!
